Special promotion when purchases at participating rental stores at Siam Paragon, ICONSIAM, Central Embassy, The Em District (Emporium/EmQuartier/EmSphere) and Gaysorn Village for KTC credit cards

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Installment Payment

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the privileges to the cardmembers of KTC credit card (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) Participating rental stores at Siam Paragon, ICONSIAM, Central Embassy, Emporium, EmQuartier, EmSphere and Gaysorn Village during 16 February 2024 – 31 December 2024 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude KTC credit cardmembers: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card cannot joint this promotion.
3. When the cardmember has paid for the product from 5,000 baht or more per sales slip at Participating rental stores , the cardmember can register by scanning the QR or link registration http://ktc.promo/halfpoint-shoppingcomplex to request to use the points for 50% of the total amount of the product per sales slip within the same day that credit card members spending amount to redeem the right to pay for the product payment with KTC card at the interest rate and credit usage fee of 0% ("0% installment item") as follows;
   For sample;
• 5,000 baht spending, 2,500 KTC FOREVER points (50%), redeem for 0% installment payment for 10 month
4. KTC reserves the right to process the transaction within 7 days from the date of spending of credit card members. Recorded into the KTC system.
5. KTC reserves the right to the cardmembers who have accumulated points in the cardmember's card account on the date that the transaction is redeemed, enough points can be redeemed for 0% installment payment according to the specified conditions only.
6. In case the cardmember shall have to pay the spending amount in the transaction of 0% installment payment before the installment period is due, KTC reserves the right not to return the accumulated points that the cardmember uses to redeem for installment payments under this promotion.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
