Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion is invented by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, or KTC, to give privilege to all types of KTC card members who have spending with KTC CREDIT CARDS at Shopping Department Store Participating which all of them located in Thailand (Central / Zen@CentralWorld / Robinson / The MALL / Emporium / Paragon / Blu’ Port Hua Hin / TOKYU / ISETAN and Sports Mall and QURATOR zone at Emquartier and Counters with participating brands at Siam Discovery, during 1 Jan. 2019 – 30 Jun. 2019 as conditions defined only. Siam Takashimaya, during 15 Feb 19 – 30 Jun 19 as conditions defined only
2. This promotion is for KTC card members who have available KTC FOREVER REWARDS points and spending with KTC CREDIT CARDS as conditions defined only.
3. This promotion is arranged by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to grant exclusive privileges to all types of KTC card members who have KTC FOREVER REWARDS points (“Points”) only, except for those who have following credit card: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE GOLD, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
4. KTC FOREVER REWARDS points cannot be calculated in decimal. If there is any spending/sale slip with Satang, we reserve the right to round it up into Baht for benefit of card members.
5. We reserve the right to redeem KTC FOREVER REWARDS points for Discount according to this promotion to only card members who spend with KTC CREDIT CARDS and have available Points to redeem for additional discount as conditions defined in this promotion only.
6. The additional Discount of which card members get from KTC FOREVER REWARDS redemption in this promotion can be used as additional discount on top of all types of discount given by the participating shops.
7. The Points for additional Discount according to this promotion is for product/service payment/sale slip only, not separable receipts/sale slips, and card members must pay for the price difference with the same KTC CREDIT CARDS number used for Points for Discount only.
8. For The Mall, Paragon, Emporium, Blu' Port Hua Hin department stores, and Sports Mall &Qurator zones in Emquartier department store, the privilege according to this promotion excludes the purchase of products/services with installment plan, gift vouchers or prepaid cards, alcohol drinks, and every types of goods in Power Mall, Gourmet Market, Home Fresh Mart, and rental shops.
9. For Central, Zen@CentralWorld, and Robinson department stores, the privilege according to this promotion excludes the purchase of products/services with installment plan, gift vouchers, alcohol drinks, medicines, and every types of goods in TOPS supermarket, Power Buy, B2S, Homework, Super Sports, and rental shops.
10. For Isetan department store, the privilege according to this promotion excludes the purchase of products/services of alcohol drinks, beers, cigarettes, gift vouchers, goods with installment plan, and in rental shops.
11. For Tokyu department store, the privilege according to this promotion excludes the purchase of products/services of alcohol drinks, beers, cigarettes, gift vouchers, goods with installment plan, and in rental shops.
12. For Siam Discovery at counters with participating brands, the privilege according to this promotion excludes the purchase of products/services of Siam Gift Card and goods in rental shops and rental areas.
13. The privilege according to this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed into cash, or transferred to others.
14. We reserve the right to give, cancel, or revoke the privilege according to this promotion, be it some or all. We can claim damage fee (if any) if we find any acquisition by fraud or misbehave to get into participation in this promotion or using of credit cards for commercial trades or using credit cards against condition stated or with wrong objectives of consumption or the card member cancels the spending after KTC has given the privilege to the card member.
15. KTC is neither distributor nor service provider and is not responsible for the products/services. If there is any doubtful point or complaint about the products/services or need receipt or tax invoice, the card member can directly contact the dealer and/or the products/services owner.
16. We reserve the right to change or cancel detail, condition, and/or any privilege in this promotion (including changing gift to equivalent value) without notice in advance. If there is a dispute, KTC’s decision is final.
