This promotion is invented by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, or KTC, to give privilege to all types of KTC JCB card members who have spending with KTC CREDIT CARDS at Shopping Department Store Participating which all of them located in Thailand (Central / Zen@CentralWorld / Robinson / The MALL / Emporium / Paragon / Blu’ Port Hua Hin / TOKYU / ISETAN and Sports Mall and QURATOR zone at Emquartier and Counters with participating brands at Siam Discovery, by MCC Code: 5311 during 1 January 2019 - 31 March 2019 ("Program Period") and department stores Siam Takashimaya products in Thailand by MCC Code: 5311 during 15 February 2019 - 31 March 2019 according to the conditions specified only during 1 Jan. 2019 – 31 Mar. 2019 according to specified conditions only
For The Mall, Paragon, Emporium, Blu' Port Hua Hin department stores, and Sports Mall &Qurator zones in Emquartier department store, the privilege according to this promotion excludes the purchase of products/services with installment plan, gift vouchers or prepaid cards, alcohol drinks, and every types of goods in Power Mall, Gourmet Market, Home Fresh Mart, and rental shops
For Central, Zen@CentralWorld, and Robinson department stores, the privilege according to this promotion excludes the purchase of products/services with installment plan, gift vouchers, alcohol drinks, medicines, and every types of goods in TOPS supermarket, Power Buy, B2S, Homework, Super Sports, and rental shops
For Isetan department store, the privilege according to this promotion excludes the purchase of products/services of alcohol drinks, beers, cigarettes, gift vouchers, goods with installment plan, and in rental shops
For Tokyu department store, the privilege according to this promotion excludes the purchase of products/services of alcohol drinks, beers, cigarettes, gift vouchers, goods with installment plan, and in rental shops
For Siam Discovery at counters with participating brands, the privilege according to this promotion excludes the purchase of products/services of Siam Gift Card and goods in rental shops and rental areas
For Siam Takashimaya the privilege according to this promotion excludes the purchase of products/services of alcohol drinks, beers, cigarettes, gift vouchers, goods with installment plan, and in rental shops
The Special KTC Rewards Point according to privilege in this promotion will valid until 31 December 2019. And cumulative spending on 1 January 2019 - 31 January 2019 the dates to give Special KTC Rewards Point is due within 60 days from 31 Jan. 2019, And cumulative spending on 1 February 2019 - 28 February 2019 The dates to give Special KTC Rewards Point is due within 60 days from 28 February 2019, And cumulative spending on 1 March 2019 - 31 March 2019 the dates to give Special KTC Rewards Point is due within 60 days from 31 March 2019 respectively
The privilege according to this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed into cash, or transferred to others
We reserve the right to give, cancel, or revoke the privilege according to this promotion, be it some or all. We can claim damage fee (if any) if we find any acquisition by fraud or misbehave to get into participation in this promotion or using of credit cards for commercial trades or using credit cards against condition stated or with wrong objectives of consumption or the card member cancels the spending after KTC has given the privilege to the card member
KTC reserves the right to award, cancel, revoke or reclaim any privileges granted to the cardmembers under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive this privilege, or if the credit card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, and for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC duty granted privilege under this promotion to the cardmembers
KTC is not a products seller/service provider and therefore assumes no responsibilities in respect of any products/services. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact each product seller/service provider directly
KTC reserves the right to amend or cancel terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of a dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final
In the case of complaints regarding the privilege and / or details, along with all conditions of this promotion of the card member, KTC reserves the right to appeal the card member's complaint by 30 September 2019 only. if the complaint after this is considered void in all cases
