1. Only applicable for spending via Mastercard with name-surname matching ID card or passport for purchases of 5,000 Baht or more per sales slip during 7 February 2025 – 4 March 2025 at all Central Department Stores.
2. For redeeming Central Gift Card, customers must present an eligible receipt and sales slip, along with their Mastercard and ID card or passport with matching name-surname. Cardholders must be 18 years or older. Redemption at Customer Services counter.
3. If name on Mastercard and ID card/passport doesn’t match, customer must present legal name change documentation to verify eligibility to staff.
4. One receipt can be used to redeem one Central Gift Card worth 1,000 Baht (one redemption only).
5. This privilege is reserved only for full-amount payments made with Mastercard.
6. Limit: 300 Central Gift Vouchers worth 1,000 Baht throughout the promotion.
7. Gift Voucher redemption rights are determined by ID card number.
8. In case one receipt involves payment with more than one card, the right to receive privilege is reserved.
9. Eligible for cards issued both in Thailand and overseas (Tourists).
10. Not valid at Beauty Gallery, Marks & Spencer, Luxe Galerie (BAO BAO, Issey Miyake, Pleats Please Issey Miyake, Marni), Fine Jewellery including gold, watches (Franck Muller, Garmin), and Paper Diapers, promotional items, Gift Cards, rental shops, non-participating shops and products, B2S, Supersports, Central Food Hall, Tops Market, Tops Super, Power Buy, and MUJI.
11. Excludes purchases of items with the same barcode for 6 pieces or more throughout the promotion.
12. Voucher quantities are limited. The company reserves the right to change or cancel conditions or rewards without prior notice. In case of disputes, the company’s decision is final.
13. Receipt/sales slip cannot be cancelled or refunded in any case. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to charge your credit or debit card equivalent to the value of the premium received. Please keep receipt and sales slip for verification if necessary.
14. Cannot be exchanged for cash.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
