Special privilege for KTC MASTERCARD cardmembers at all Central Department Stores.

1. The privilege for the MASTERCARD credit cardmember who has the same name and last name with National ID card or passport with minimum spending of 20,000 baht with all types of KTC MASTERCARD throughout campaign period from 1 Aug 24 – 29 Aug 24 via EDC only at all branches of Central Department Stores, Chat & Shop, Call & Shop, Outbound Call and Direct Sale.
2. Please bring the receipt and sales slip according to terms and conditions together with KTC MASTERCARD and national ID card or passport with same name and last name to redeem and the cardmember should be age over 18 years old.
3. If the name on the Mastercard card and the name on the I.D. card or passport do not match, cardmembers must present evidence of the name change to the staff as proof of their right.
4. Show the receipt to redeem the Central Gift voucher valued at THB 1,000 for one time only.
5. Limit to get Central Gift voucher valued THB 1,000 for minimum spending of THB 20,000 per sales and limit 300 rights throughout the campaign period. An ID card number is required to claim the privilege.
6. The Company reserves the right to exclude transactions paid with more than 1 card per receipt from claiming privileges under this promotion.
7. The promotion is for Mastercard card that was issued in Thailand only.
8. Except for the Beauty Gallery department, Marks & Spencer, Lux Gallery (BAO BAO, Issey Miyake, Pleats Please Issey Miyake, Marni), jewelry including gold, watches (Franck Muller, Garmin), paper diapers, purchase of redeemed goods, all types of gift cards, rental shops, non-participating stores and products, B2S, Supersports, Central Food Hall, Tops Market, Tops Super, Power Buy, and Muji.
9. The promotion excludes payment of goods with same barcode of 6 pieces up throughout promotion period.
10. The complimentary gift has limited number.
11. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, and the complimentary gift without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, the Company’s decision is deemed final.
12. The receipt/sales slip under this promotion cannot be cancelled and the goods cannot be returned in any case. KTC reserves the right to charge the cardmembers’ credit card with equal value to the complimentary gift you have got.
13. Please keep the sales slip for inspection if needed.
14. The complimentary gift cannot be exchanged or changed to cash or others.
15. Reserved for customers who make full payment transactions with a Mastercard credit card only.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/servicespurchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
