Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at Central Department Store, The Mall Group (All Branches of The Mall Lifestore & The Mall, Emporium, Emquartier, Emsphere and Paragon in Department Store zone & Power Mall, Blu'Port Hua Hin Department Store (except Gourmet Market & Home Fresh Mart) / Siam Takashimaya Department Store, Participating counter brands at Siam Discovery “OPENSPACE ZONE”, Participating counter brands at ICONSIAM “OPENSPACE ZONE” during 1 June 2024 - 31 July 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. 
3.  KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion only for cardmembers who spend with card only. The cardmembers may redeem KTC Points equal to spending amount per sales slip for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only.
4. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on the sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
5. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder. 
6. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
7. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
8. For all Central Department stores and Robinson Department Store, the discount redemption privilege under this promotion do not cover purchases of products/services at Tops Super, Tops Market, Power Buy, B2S, Homework, Supersports, vouchers, alcoholic beverages, medicine, product not participating, Rental spaces and rental merchants.
9. For The Mall Group department stores (All The Mall Life Store & The Mall Department Stores, Emporium , EmQuartier, EmSphere, Paragon and Blu’ Port (Specific zone Department Store and Power Mall) the discount redemption privilege under this promotion do not cover purchases of products/services at Gourmet Market & Home Fresh Mart, purchases of alcoholic beverages/wine cellar, gift cards, vouchers, all pre-paid cards, medicine, 1+/2+ infant and baby formula, partial product deposits, product not participating and products at rental spaces and rental merchants in department stores and shopping malls.
10. For Siam Discovery and ICONSIAM, the discount redemption privilege under this promotion is eligible at participating counter brands in the “OPENSPACE ZONE“ area only, and do not cover purchases of products/services categorized as alcohol, beer, cigarettes, gift cards, product not participating or at rental merchants.
11. For Siam Takashimaya Department store, the discount redemption privilege under this promotion do not cover purchases of products/services categorized as alcohol, beer, cigarettes, gift cards, product not participating or at rental merchants.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1.  This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and online spending with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Line Chat & Shop, Facebook Live & Personal Shopper 1425, Central Online Application and www.central.co.th of Central Department Store / Line Chat & Shop, Facebook Live & Personal Shopper 1425 of Robinson Department Store / Central Application / WWW.CENTRAL.CO.TH / M Chat & Shop, Call To Order & Live Personal Shopper of The Mall Group Department Store within Thailand during 1 June 2024  – 31 July 2024 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.  
2.     KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3.   The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by registering at ktc.promo/Midyearsale2024 In this regard, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4.    If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the registration that has been done successfully for the first time of each credit card number only.
5.    In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
6.   The cardmembers who spend with card may redeem KTC Points equal to spending amount per sales slip to receive credit cash back in accordance with specified conditions only.
7.     For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
8.    KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
9.   KTC reserves the right not to take interest Credit line usage fees, fines and other fees Refunds arising from cancellation of purchases of goods/services or refunds arising from all types of refunds to be calculated to give credit back to members according to this list
10.    For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis.
11.   KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
