1.    KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion:  all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card
2.    KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record. And reserves the right to buy products and / or services for personal use only
3.    KTC reserves the right to manage the redemption for installment payment right within 5 working days after the day of spending amount of the cardmembers recorded in KTC system.
4.    KTC reserves the right to stick to the redemption for privilege database of Terminal 21 Korat and KTC as final. KTC credit cardmembers who participate in this promotion should keep sales slip of spending amount for reference and inspection if needed.
5.    The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
6.    KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
