Terms and Conditions for Top Spender

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at ICONSIAM, ICS and ICONSIAM at participating counter brands in the “OPENSPACE ZONE“ area only during 15 Jun 24 – 31 Jul 24 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. Only card transactions which are paid in full / in 0% installment payment with KTC card  will be considered for the privilege offering hereunder.
4. Any refund from the cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund will be excluded from this Promotion. 
5. The prize in this promotion is travel package “Korea Everything” everything is possible in Korea valued 160,000 Baht each, total 2 pieces, total valued 320,000 Baht. (1 prize for travel for 2 people by the member with the highest spending amount and receives the prize in this program according to the conditions must be 1 traveling companion and 1 accompanying person according to the member with the highest spending who has informed KTC. if the member who receives the award does not wish to travel, it will be considered as having waived the right and cannot transfer the right to others) departure date 16 Oct 24 - 20 Oct 24. value of each prize is 160,000 baht. this prize does not include withholding tax of 5% from the prize received, fee for passport issuance, K-ETA processing fee, personal expenses and/or any other related expenses The member with the highest accumulated spending amount must pay such expenses themselves.
6. KTC will announce the name list of top spending Cardmember as specified by KTC at www.ktc.co.th/koreaeverything
    within 16 Sep 24, and will contact them to inform the procedures and conditions for claiming their prize via phone number provided to KTC within 7 days from the announcement of the name list. In this regard, the top spending Cardmembers must contact KTC to claim their prize in accordance with the conditions and within the informed period, unless otherwise it shall be deemed a waiver of their right to claim for such prize.
7. The prize hereunder is up to 1 prize per 1 cardmember only throughout the Promotion Period.
8. In the case that more than 1 Cardmember have equal accumulated spending amount, KTC reserves the right to award the prize to Cardmember who has good payment record and more frequently and continuously spend on card/ is the first person who made card payment for goods/services purchased under this Promotion. In this regard, KTC’s discretion will be final.
9. If the eligible Cardmember is disqualified or fails to meet any requirement as specified in the terms and conditions, KTC reserves the right to offer the prize to next top spending Cardmember in line.
10. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
11. The awarded top spending Cardmembers acknowledge and agree to be responsible for all taxes (if any) at the rate as stipulated by laws.
12. All employees of KTC, as well as the employees of any company involved in this Promotion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
13. Joining in this Promotion is considered to be Cardmember’s consent to participate in any PR activities, or to attend any relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as required by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take, use and publish their name and photographs on any newspaper and/or any other advertisement mediafor public relation purpose. all rights relating to Cardmember’ photographs shall belong to KTC.
14. Except for Pop Up Store, spending at Siam Takashimaya Department Store, TAKA Marché (Taka Marché), Dear Tummy, Sooksiam, Food Court, Gold shop, Lotus's Privé, SIRIRAJ SOLUTIONS and purchases of alcoholic beverages, gift cards, and prepaid cards. Including the purchase of products for resale and financial transactions with banks not participating in this promotion.
15. ICONSIAM, ICS and ICONSIAM at participating counter brands in the “OPENSPACE ZONE“ are not affiliated with the prize. In case of any dispute to take KTC's decision is the end.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
