This promotion is invented by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, or KTC, to give privilege to all types of KTC JCB card members who have spending with KTC CREDIT CARDS at Shopping Department Store Participating which all of them located in Thailand (Central / Zen@CentralWorld / Robinson / The MALL / Emporium / Paragon / Blu’ Port Hua Hin / TOKYU / ISETAN and Sports Mall and QURATOR zone at Emquartier and Counters with participating brands at Siam Discovery, Siam Takashimaya by MCC Code: 5311 In Thailand during 1 April 2019 – 3 June 2019 according to specified conditions only
For The Mall, Paragon, Emporium, Blu' Port Hua Hin department stores, and Sports Mall &Qurator zones in Emquartier department store, the privilege according to this promotion excludes the purchase of products/services with installment plan, gift vouchers or prepaid cards, alcohol drinks, and every types of goods in Power Mall, Gourmet Market, Home Fresh Mart, and rental shops
For Central, Zen@CentralWorld, and Robinson department stores, the privilege according to this promotion excludes the purchase of products/services with installment plan, gift vouchers, alcohol drinks, medicines, and every types of goods in TOPS supermarket, Power Buy, B2S, Homework, Super Sports, and rental shops
For Isetan department store, the privilege according to this promotion excludes the purchase of products/services of alcohol drinks, beers, cigarettes, gift vouchers, goods with installment plan, and in rental shops
For Tokyu department store, the privilege according to this promotion excludes the purchase of products/services of alcohol drinks, beers, cigarettes, gift vouchers, goods with installment plan, and in rental shops
For Siam Discovery at counters with participating brands, the privilege according to this promotion excludes the purchase of products/services of Siam Gift Card and goods in rental shops and rental areas
For Siam Takashimaya the privilege according to this promotion excludes the purchase of products/services of alcohol drinks, beers, cigarettes, gift vouchers, goods with installment plan, and in rental shops
The Special KTC Point according to privilege in this promotion will valid until 31 March 2020. And cumulative spending on 1 April 2019 - 30 April 2019 the dates to give Special KTC Point is due within 60 days from 30 April 2019, And cumulative spending on 1 May 2019 - 31 May 2019 The dates to give Special KTC Point is due within 60 days from 31 May 2019, And cumulative spending on 1 June 2019 - 30 June 2019 the dates to give Special KTC Rewards Point is due within 60 days from 30 June 2019 respectively
In the case of complaints regarding the privilege and / or details, along with all conditions of this promotion of the card member, KTC reserves the right to appeal the cardholder's complaint by 31 December 2019. Only if the complaint after this is considered void in all cases
The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
