Remark : Members must register every time they want to use KTC FOREVER points equal to the spending amount to redeem for credit cash back. (No maximum redemption limit throughout the program) and cardmembers must receive a reply confirming their participation in the program in order to redeem cash back from KTC and members must register within the same day of the spending amount only. And if the spending amount has a decimal point, the decimal point must be included as well. Including not having to put a “ , “ sign in the spending amount, such as 4500.50

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount

This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at Central Department Store, Robinson Department Store, The Mall Group Department Store (The Mall Lifestore & The Mall, Emporium, Emquartier, Emsphere, Paragon, Skyport Donmuang, Blu'Port (Only Department Store and Power Mall), Siam Takashimaya Department Store and “OPENSPACE ZONE” Participating counter brands at Siam Discovery and ICONSIAM during 1 Nov 24 – 28 Feb 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
Cardmembers who spend on card, will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for discount on the purchase of goods/services in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on the sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
Any discount availed from this Promotion can be used as the additional discount on-top of all types of discounts.
This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
Central Department Stores and Robinson Department Store, the discount redemption privilege under this promotion do not cover purchases of products/services at Tops Super, Tops Market, Power Buy, B2S, BnB Home, Supersports, vouchers, alcoholic beverages, medicine, product not participating, Rental spaces and rental merchants.
The Mall Group Department Store (The Mall Lifestore & The Mall, Emporium, Emquartier, Emsphere, Paragon, Skyport Donmuang, Blu'Port (Only Department Store and Power Mall), The discount redemption privilege under this promotion do not cover purchases of products/services at Gourmet Market & Home Fresh Mart, liquor/wine cellar, cigarettes, medicine, Gourmet Eats, Food Hall, take home, gift cards, vouchers, all pre-paid cards, 1+/2+ infant and baby formula, partial product deposits, product not participating and products at rental spaces and rental merchants in department stores and shopping malls.
Siam Takashimaya Department Store, the discount redemption privilege under this promotion do not cover purchases of products/services categorized as alcohol, beer, cigarettes, gift cards, product not participating or at rental merchants.
Siam Discovery and ICONSIAM, the discount redemption privilege under this promotion is eligible at participating counter brands in the “OPENSPACE ZONE“ area only, and do not cover purchases of products/services categorized as alcohol, beer, cigarettes, gift cards, product not participating or at rental merchants.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at Line Chat & Shop, Facebook Live and Personal Shopper 1425 of Central & Robinson Department Store, Central App., www.central.co.th and M Chat & Shop of The Mall Group Department Store during 1 Nov 24 - 28 Feb 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
Cardmembers must register successfully by registering at ktc.promo/year-end2024, within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
Cardmembers who spend on card, will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.

KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
