0.5% Credit cash back terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at MLM merchants nationwide during 1 January 2024 – 30 June 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text MLC, <space> followed by 16 digits of credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/mlm-nationwide one-time registration per one credit card number  within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate credit cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder.
7. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
8. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the last day of each spending month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month.
9. Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending under this Promotion. In the case where any KTC points credited to Cardmembers’ card account, Cardmembers cannot use such KTC points. In this regard, those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’ card account on the day Cardmembers receive credit cash back credit. If KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from Cardmembers’ card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible credit cash back to such Cardmembers.

KTC FOREVER points for 10% cash back redemption terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at MLM merchants nationwide during 1 January 2024 – 30 June 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text MLP, <space> followed by 16 digits of credit card number and follow with # the amount of KTC Points to redeem and send to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/mlm-nationwide Register every time for points redemption within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. Cardmembers, who spend on card every 1,000 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem every 1,000 Points for 10% for credit cash back in accordance with the specified terms and conditions
5. In case of the KTC Points is less than the amount in sales slip, KTC reserves the right to convert the point into credit cash back that divided by 1,000 into a full number only.
6. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate credit cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.

General terms and conditions

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
