KTC FOREVER Points redemption for 18% cash back (FR) terms and conditions:
1.    KTC reserves the right to convert every 1,000 KTC FOREVER points for every spending amount 1,000 Baht/sales slip into 180 Baht credit cash back in the credit card account that was registered to participate in this promotion, for example: a cardmember has spending amount 5,000 Baht/sales slip + 5,000 KTC FOREVER points which is equal to 900 Baht cash back for the spending amount/sales slip, or a cardmember has spending amount 15,500 Baht/sales slip + 15,000 KTC FOREVER points which is equal to 2,700 Baht cash back for the spending amount/sales slip.
2.    KTC reserves the right to give a credit cash back by redeeming KTC FOREVER points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC FOREVER points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a cash back in accordance with specified conditions only.

 

Promotion terms and conditions
1.    This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at KING POWER in Thailand under MCC Code: 5309 during 1 July 2019 – 31 August 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2.    KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion:  all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3.    The spending amount with KTC credit card that was registered to participate in this promotion is for the payment on goods/services in full amount and for personal consumption only, excluding installment payment, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
4.    The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration via SMS (3 Baht/time) or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/kingpower during 1 July 2019 – 31 August 2019. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
5.    The registration of credit card number under this promotion is for 1 credit card number per 1 privilege code per throughout promotion period only. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time on the same day, KTC will consider the first successful registration made with privilege code KP only.
6.    For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount from the first day to the last day on a calendar monthly basis starting from the successful registration day. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis until the end of the promotion period in accordance with specified conditions.
7.    For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cash back in the registered under  this promotion, KTC will calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction.
8.    KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’ credit card account as follows: for spending amount and/or KTC FOREVER Points redemption during 1 – 31 July 2019, within 60 days after 31 July 2019, for spending amount and/or KTC FROEVER Points redemption during 1 – 31 August 2019, within 60 days after 31 August 2019.
9.    KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the credit cash back are granted to the credit card account of the cardmembers. The privileges cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
10.    KTC reserves the right to not be responsible for any lost of data or technical error by referring to KTC database as final. The cardmembers should keep the proof of registration and KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to confirm their participation and the sales slip for investigation if needed.
11.    KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’ credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
12.    KTC reserves the right to accept any complaint on the privileges and/or details together with all terms and conditions by 31 December 2019 only, after that the complaint becomes void in any case.
13.    KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
