Promotion at KING POWER and KING POWER ONLINE with KTC credit cards

1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to give KTC points to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who have KTC FOREVER or KTC ROP points ("KTC Points") and spend with KTC JCB credit card (“a card/cards”) at KING POWER (Participated Branches), King Power Chat To Shop, King Power Call To Shop, www.kingpower.com and KING POWER Application with in Thailand during 1 May 2024 - 31 July 2024 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. Cardmembers will earn x2 KTC Points by making transactions with a KTC JCB credit cards valued at 1 - 9,999 Baht per month per  card (1x regular point and 1X extra points) or x3 KTC Points by making transactions with a KTC JCB credit cards valued at 10,000 – 99,999 Baht per month per card (1x regular point and 2X extra points) or x4 KTC Points by making transactions with a KTC JCB credit cards valued at 100,000 Baht per month per card (1x regular point and 3X extra points). KTC Points will be transferred into cardmembers’ accounts according to the conditions of this promotion.
3. Limited extra points at 12,000 points per person per month or limit spending up to 100,000.- per person per month for get extra points. Any spending that exceeds the maximum spending of 100,000.- per person per month will receive normal points.
4. KTC will credit KTC special points into cardmembers’ credit card accounts within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.
5. In case of complaints about receiving special privileges and/or details and all conditions of this promotion of card members, KTC reserves the right to file complaints of card members within 30 June 2025. Only if the complaint after this is void in all cases.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
