- This promotion is arranged by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to grant exclusive privileges to all types of KTC cardmembers who spend with KTC credit card under KTC FLEXI installment plan at FN Factory Outlet during 1 January 2019 - 31 December 2019 under the determined terms and conditions only, except for those who have following credit card: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE GOLD, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
- KTC reserves the right to redeem points under this promotion for KTC cardmembers who spend with KTC credit card and redeem points equal to spending amount per sales slip to receive discount 13% for products/services purchase under the determined terms and conditions only.
- Points cannot be calculated as decimal points. If spending in cent, KTC reserves the right to round up to baht in the use of reward points to redeem privileges
- Discount redemption under this promotion is only for the payment of products/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. and should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the card members must pay for the difference with the same KTC credit card only.
- The discount which the card members receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
- KTC reserves the right to redeem discount under this promotion for the card members who have sufficient points in their credit card account under the determined terms and conditions only.
- The privilege under this promotion cannot be refunded or exchanged into cash, nor may it be transferred to any third party.
- KTC reserves the right to offer privilege under this program to card members who maintain their membership status and who are without a record of default or outstanding payment throughout the program until the day on which the privilege is granted to the card members, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to award, cancel, revoke or reclaim any privileges granted to the card members under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive this privilege, or if the credit card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, and for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC duty granted privilege under this promotion to the cardmembers.
- KTC is not a products seller/service provider and therefore assumes no responsibilities in respect of any products/services. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact each product seller/service provider directly.
- KTC reserves the right to amend or cancel terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of a dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
