Promotion at All 7-Eleven nationwide with KTC JCB credit card

1. Exclusively for JCB credit card issued by a Thai financial institution.
2. A cash back credit of 50 THB will be given when make a payment from 500 THB per sales slip made via an EDC machine only at all 7-ELEVEN branches in Thailand. Excluding All online, 7 Delivery, All Deal, vending Machine, and payment via TRUE Money.
3. Promotion period start from September 24th, 2024 to January 3rd, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
4. The Company reserves the right to give a cash back credit value 50 THB to 20,000 eligible customers (worth 1,000,000 THB in total) throughout the Promotion Period. The cashback promotion will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. The promotion campaign will end immediately after reaching said eligible customer number.   
5. Limited to 1 right per credit card number during promotion period.
6. Cashback credits will be transferred into your account within 120 days after credit card payment conditions are satisfied.
7. This promotion is non-assignable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable.
8. Items excluded from the promotion : liquor, beer, cigarettes, playing cards, infant formula (Stage 1 and Stage 2), herbal tea, white sugar 500 grams - 1 kilogram, Tiparos fish sauce, Cook Soybean oil 1 liter, UHT milk (Dutch Mill and Deena), items delivered by scheduled service, subscription items, partner products from Chester Grill, Five Star roasted chicken, Chai Si Noodles, all types of telephone cards, all types of top-up cards, top-up slips, online top-ups, game slips, channel slips, all types of internet slips, mobile phones, tablets, SIM cards, all types of signal receivers, electronic products, souvenir or festival items, medical products including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and medical equipment, postage stamps, counter service fees, charitable items, all types of premiums and any other products prohibited by law.
9. All participants will be deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Promotion. 
10. The Company reserves the right to provide a cashback credit only to eligible members who maintain on-time payments until the date the cash back credit is refunded into their main accounts.
11. The Company reserves the right to remove any cash back credit from customer’s credit card if it is found later that the card member cancels any transaction under this promotion plan. 
12. The Company reserves the right to regard any information it has collected as true and correct. Card holders should keep the evidence of their participation in this program and sales slip as proofs of their participation.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
