KTC FOREVER points for discount redemption terms and conditions

This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Big C Shopping Online (www.bigc.co.th) during 1 Aug 19 – 31 Aug 19 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion only for cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 1,500 Baht per sales slip. The cardmembers may redeem 120 KTC Points via KTC Mobile app to receive discount code 120 Baht for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only.
KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
KTC reserves the right to limit KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion only up to 1 time per 1 cardmember.

In case of any dispute and fraud, the company’s decision shall be deemed final

Terms and conditions of pick up and normal delivery

To pick up order, customer agreeing to show ID card and purchase order which name and last name exactly match is allowed to pick up order
In case customer picks up order at stores, the company reserves the right not allow someone else to pick up order on your behalf
Shopping via www.bigc.co.th, customer can choose pickup method when purchase up to 500 THB, get free delivery when purchase over 1,500 THB in the delivery service area
Shopping via www.bigc.co.th during 1 - 500 THB and choose normal delivery service will get charge 69 THB for delivery / purchase order (only the service area)
Shopping via www.bigc.co.th during 501 - 1,500 THB and choose normal delivery service will get charge 59 THB for delivery / purchase order (only the service area)
Service area : Bangkok and metropolitan area, Chaingmai , Pattaya and Phuket
Big C Shopping Online reserves the right to change or modify the terms of the promotion without prior notice

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
