Terms & Conditions for receiving credit cash back

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC MASTERCARD cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend via the card with Google Pay^TM at all branches of DONKI, Gourmet Market & Home Fresh Mart, Maxvalu, Maxvalu Tanjai, Rimping Supermarket and Villa Market (For Rimping supermarket; except restaurant, rental shop and Vientiane Lao PDR branches) during 15 May 23 – 31 Dec 23 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for members of KTC credit card, excluding members of all types of KTC VISA, KTC JCB, KTC UNOINPAY, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, KTC CASH BACK and KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE.
3. When the cardmember has spending via KTC MASTERCARD with Google Pay^TM of 1,000 baht or more per sales slip at participating stores will receive a cash back of 100 baht per sales slip into the card account of members according to the conditions of this list.
4. Credit cash back offered under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only, cannot separate sales slips.
5. Limit cash back up to 400 baht/member, 1 person/month.
6. KTC will credit cash back into the card account. of members within 60 days from the last day of each calendar month.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
