Discount Terms and Conditions
1.    This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Tops Online website (www.tops.co.th) and application during 15 Nov 19 – 30 Apr 20 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2.    KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE PLATINUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3.    The cardmembers who have spent with the card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip for the first online purchasing according to specified conditions, cardmembers will get 200 baht discount from regular price of products/services. 
4.    Exclusively for The 1 members.
5.    The purchase price is 1,000 Baht and calculated on the net price after deducting discounts. 
6.    Promotion is valid on the first online purchase at Tops Online website (www.tops.co.th) and application once the required purchase amount is made under the terms and conditions.
7.    Excluding the following items: wholesale (7 or more items bearing the same barcode per receipt), bulk pack of M150’s products, Brand's products and Birdy’s products, all gift baskets, alcoholic beverages, infant and follow-up formula of baby milk powder and supplementary food, cooking oil, and cooking sugar, medicine, medical supplies and some cosmeceutical products.
8.    Customers will instantly receive the discount at the time of purchase once the required purchase amount is made under the terms and conditions.
9.    Limit  200 Baht discount redemption 1 time per The 1 number throughout the promotion period.
10.    The discount cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
11.    Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
1.    The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2.    KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3.    KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4.    Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
