Special privilege for KTC UNIONPAY cardmembers at Big C Supercenter

1. UnionPay cards (card numbers starting with 62, 81) must be used for the activity to enjoy the discount, excepting UnionPay Debit Cards issued locally in Thailand.
2. Each UnionPay card can enjoy 1 discount per day, and a maximum of 3 discounts can be enjoyed during the activity period.
3. The discount quota is limited, first come, first served, while stocks last basis.
4. If a transaction is refunded, only the amount actually paid by the qualified cardholder will be refunded, excluding the discounted amount.
5. The use of promotional activities may be subject to other terms and conditions, and the details of the activities are subject to the notification in the store. 

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
