Cash Back when spending under Installment payment with KTC Card plan (by tier) Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores under category gold, (“participating stores”) during 15 November 23 – 30 April 24 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE PLATINUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration within the day the payment is made by sending a SMS 1 time per 1 card number, type TH1, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th. The cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each card number only.
5. The cardmembers who spend with the card at participate stores will receive a credit cash back into cardmember’s credit card account per sales slip based on the spending amount as the following:
   For KTC credit card
   
   • Get 150 Baht cash back when have spending amount 25,000 - 49,999 Baht/sales slip
   • Get 500 Baht cash back when have spending amount 50,000 - 74,999 Baht/sales slip
   • Get 900 Baht cash back when have spending amount 75,000 - 99,999 Baht/sales slip
   • Get 1,500 Baht cash back when have spending amount 100,000 Baht up/sales slip
   For KTC PROUD cash card
   
   • Get 200 Baht cash back when have spending amount 25,000 - 49,999 Baht/sales slip
   • Get 600 Baht cash back when have spending amount 50,000 - 74,999 Baht/sales slip
   • Get 1,000 Baht cash back when have spending amount 75,000 - 99,999 Baht/sales slip
   • Get 1,600 Baht cash back when have spending amount 100,000 Baht up/sales slip
6. For the calculation of a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount occurring within the same day which the cardmembers make a registration to participate the promotion according to specified condition only. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of the month spent.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only.
8. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
9. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash advance, Installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
10. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
11. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign

 KTC FOREVER points for cash back redemption terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during 15 November 23 – 30 April 24 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, , all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type TH2, space following by 16-digit credit card number , follow by # and point amount to redeem and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each card number only.
5. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
6. The cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip may redeem 1,000 KTC Points to receive credit cash back 100 Baht in accordance with specified conditions only.
7. In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for a credit cash back under this promotion.
8. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
9. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
10. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day, and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed at the end of the promotion period.
11. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of the month spent.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
