Terms and Conditions for Lucky Draw

1. The promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during Nov 1, 2023 –Jan 31, 2024  (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, other KTC loans as well as employees of KTC or of any company involved in this Promotion..)   
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text CRL, <space> followed by 16-digit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC. Only 1 registration is required for 1 card number.
4. Cardmembers who have card spending at the participating stores within CRC Sports groups including Supersports, Supersports outlet, Fit by Supersports, RunmaxX, REEBOK, LFC, VELO, SPEEDO and COLUMBIA) / all participating REV Runnr stores and the stores within REV group including (CHAMPION, TEVA, SLAMMERS, HOKA, SAUCONY, OAKLEY and REV Outlet store, both 2 branches), as well as Cardmembers who have card spending at www.supersports.co.th and www.rev.co.th with every 1,000 Baht per sales slip, will receive 1 lucky draw chance, subject to the specified terms and conditions. In this regard, the spending amount less than 1,000 Baht will not be considered for the lucky draw chance. For the purpose of illustration, Cardmember has registered to participate in this Promotion via SMS on Nov 20, 2023 with the spending amount of 5,000 Baht at REV Runnr and 3,500 Baht at Supersports until the end of the Promotion Period. Based on a total spending of 8,500 Baht, Cardmember will qualify for 8 lucky draw chances (every 1,000 Baht gets 1 lucky draw chance).
5. Any refund from cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund will be excluded from this Promotion.
6. The prize in this Promotion is GARMIN Watch series FR 55 valued 6,490 Baht each, total 40 pieces, total valued 259,600 Baht, exclusion of any other relevant expenses. In this connection, the lucky winners will be solely responsible for the said expenses.
7.  KTC will calculate the total lucky draw chances for each Cardmember based on the total card spending of each Card under the same name of Cardmember starting from the first registration date until the end of this Promotion Period. Any spending before the registration date will not be considered in this Promotion in any case.
8. At the end of Promotion Period, KTC will print out Cardmembers’ name, surname and KTC card number (First 6 digits and latter 4 digits) on the draw ticket  (i.e. 1234 56XX XXXX 7890) in accordance with the number of lucky draw chance they have been eligible under this Promotion, 1 ticket per 1 chance. After that, those tickets will be put together in the draw pool and will be drawn for the lucky winner on March 12, 2024 from 13:00 hours at KTC Touch, Muangthong thani branch, address no. PW 7/43, PW 7/44 Number 101-101/1 popular road Banmai subdistrict Pakkred district Nonthaburi, with reference to license no. 633/2566 issued by District Office of Nonthaburi Province dated 17 October 2023
9. KTC reserves the right to draw 10 reserve winners for each prize. In the case that any lucky winner/reserve winner has waived their right/has been disqualified for the prize as specified by KTC, it shall be deemed a waiver of such winner’s right to claim for their prize hereunder. In this connection, KTC will award the prize to the next reserve winner in line. If there is no more reserve winner to be eligible for the prize, KTC will be entitled to withdraw such prize immediately.
10. KTC will announce the name list of lucky winners at www.ktc.co.th within March 18, 2024, and they will be contacted by KTC for informing the procedure and conditions for claiming their prize via phone number provided to KTC, within 30 days from the announcement of the name list. In this regard, the lucky winners/reserve winners must contact KTC to claim their prize in accordance with the terms and conditions within the informed period, unless otherwise it shall be deemed a waiver of their right to claim for their prize hereunder.
11. The lucky winners are required to choose the method to receive the prize as follows:
    - by delivery: KTC will deliver the prize to the address shown in KTC database within 30 days after the Cardmember has paid the withholding tax and send the payment evidence to KTC; or
    - by themselves: the lucky winners is required to bring an original ID card, together with providing a copy of ID card, in order to claim the prize, within 30 days after the Cardmember has paid the withholding tax and send the payment evidence to KTC, unless otherwise the prize will be terminated.
12. In the case that any lucky winner name has been drawn for more than 1 prize, KTC reserves the right to award only 1 highest valued prize per 1 lucky winner throughout the Promotion Period.   
13. The lucky winners, who receive any prize valued more than 1,000 Baht, will be responsible for withholding tax at the rate of 5% of the prize value in accordance with the Revenue Department’s Notification No. TP 4/2528 and/or as stipulated by any other applicable law (if any).
14. KTC reserves the right to hold the prize until the lucky winners will pay for all related taxes and/or other relevant expenses (if any) as specified by KTC.
15. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
16. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
17. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
18. Joining in this Promotion is considered to be Cardmembers’ consent to participate in any PR activities, or to attend any relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as required by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take, use and publish their name and photographs on any newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relation purpose. All rights relating to Cardmembers’ photographs shall belong to KTC.
19. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion. 3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
