Conditions of Cash Back on Installment Payment:

This promotion is arranged by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to grant exclusive privileges to all types of KTC cardmembers who spend for products/services with KTC CREDIT CARDS under 0% KTC FLEXI Installment plan with 0% interest and credit line usage fee at the participating stores under MCC Code: 7941 and 7997 during 1 Feb 19 – 31 May 19 only. Except for those who havefollowing credit card: KTC CASH BACK all types,KTC - THAI RED CROSS TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE , KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
The cardmembers who wish to receive Cash Back under this promotion are required to send a registration SMS to 0613845000 by typing FX (space) 16-digit credit card number (3 Baht/SMS), registration/ 1 credit card number, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s auto-reply message confirming the registration in order to successfully participate in this promotion.
Cardmembers who spend with KTC CREDIT CARDS under 0% KTC Installment plan at participating stores will receive Cash Back transferred into credit card account. The calculation is based on spending with 0% KTC FLEXI Installment plan and number of months plan as follows :
- Spending Amount 20,000 - 29,999Baht Get Cash Back 200 Baht
- Spending Amount 30,000 - 39,999Baht Get Cash Back 400 Baht
- Spending Amount 40,000 Baht or more Get Cash Back 700Baht
KTC will calculate Cash Back from the spending with KTC CREDIT CARDS under 0% KTC Installment plan within the same day and after the registration for participation according to condition defined only. The calculation is based on total spending before monthly installment plan in every sale slip. When the promotion ends, KTC will transfer the Cash Back into cardmembers credit card account according to condition of this promotion within 60 days from last day of each calendar month
KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash advance, KTC FLEXI by PHONE transaction, interest, credit limit adjustment fee, fine and any other fees and charges, including refunds from purchase cancellation and any other types of refund, from the calculation of discount granting to the cardmembers under this promotion.
KTC reserves the right to not award KTC FOREVER points for the spending amount that is eligible for cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers however will automatically receive regular KTC FOREVER points first whereas the points will be deducted from their account on the same day as when the cash back is granted. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC FOREVER points from the cardmembers’ account, KTC reserves the right to not grant cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.

General Terms and Conditions

The privilege under this promotion cannot be refunded or exchanged into cash, nor may it be transferred to any third party.
KTC reserves the right to offer privilege under this program to cardmembers who maintain their membership status and who are without a record of default or outstanding payment throughout the program until the day on which the privilege is granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to award, cancel, revoke or reclaim any privileges granted to the cardmembers under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive this privilege, or if the credit card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, and for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC duty granted privilege under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC is not a products seller/service provider and therefore assumes no responsibilities in respect of any products/services. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact each product seller/service provider directly.
KTC reserves the right to amend or cancel terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of a dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
