Promotion with Air Japan for KTC JCB credit card

1. Exclusively for JCB credit card issued in Thailand only.
2. The Promotion Period shall commence from August 1, 2024 AM 7:00 until November 1, 2024 AM 6:59  (Thailand Standard Time).
3. Get up to 10% cashback, with a maximum of 20,000 THB per credit card number for the purchase of one-way or round-trip flight tickets during the Promotion Period (hereinafter referred to as the “Privilege”). The cashback will be given in following tiers: 
   3.1 For the accumulation spending from 25,000-34,999 THB, the cashback rate will be 5% of the accumulation spending.
   3.2 For the accumulation spending from 35,000-49,999 THB, the cashback rate will be 7% of the accumulation spending.
   3.3 For the accumulation spending equal to or more than 50,000 THB, the cashback rate will be 10% of the accumulation spending.
4. Customer must make a reservation for the eligible flight(s) via www.flyairjapan.com/th only and must pay with JCB credit card indicated in Clauses 1.
5. This Privilege can be applied to booking for all flight classes. In-flight sales are excluded from this campaign. Payment must be made in Thai Baht only.
6. Cashback will be given within 90 days after the promotion period end in credit card statement.
7. Date changes and refunds shall be done in accordance with the fare rules and conditions announced by Air Japan.
8. Japan route might be changed upon Japanese government’s regulations.
9. The Privilege is not valid with any other promotion.
10. The price of flight ticket varies depending on the availability of the day.
11. Other conditions on flights and relating services are regulated by Air Japan.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
