Terms and Conditions

This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at th.vietjetair.com during 1 December 2023 – 31 March 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration within the day the payment is made by registering at www.ktc.co.th/Vietjetinstallment, 1 time per 1 card number to eligible participate in this promotion.
If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
KTC reserves the right to exclude cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
The cardmembers who spend with the card under 0% installment payment with KTC card at th.vietjetair.com will receive a credit cash back into cardmember’s credit card account per sales slip based on the spending amount as the following: • When making installment payments from 8,000 to 14,999 Baht per sales slip, get 200 Baht cashback
• When making installment payments from 15,000 to 29,999 Baht per sales slip, get 300 Baht cashback
• When making installment payments from 30,000 Baht or more, get 500 Baht cashback
If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
KTC will calculate cash back value based on total purchase amount of every sales slip before divided into monthly installments under same card number, and will credit cash back to card account within 60 days after the end of month that card transaction has been made.
If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending under this Promotion. In the case where any KTC points credited to Cardmembers’ card account, Cardmembers cannot use such KTC points. In this regard, those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’ card account on the day Cardmembers receive cash back credit. If KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from Cardmembers’ card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cash back to such Cardmembers.

KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
