Terms and Conditions for Mastercard Pay Day Campaign

 Introduction

1. This Mastercard Pay Day Campaign (“Event”) is jointly organised by BIGLIFE (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Company No: 0105555005708) (“BLTH”) and Olympia Diary (S’PORE) PTE LTD (Company No: 199303611N) (“Mastercard”) (collectively referred to as “Organisers”).
2. This Event is governed by the terms and conditions set out hereunder (“Specific T&C”) and the Event’s General Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.airasia.com/aa/about-us/en/gb/event-general-terms-and-conditions.html (“General T&C”).
   
   Event Period
3. This Event will commence from 00:00 (GMT +7) on 15 May 2024, and end at 23:59 (GMT +7) on 30 June 2024 (“Event Period”). The Organisers reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Event at any time as it deems fit without prior notice and/or liability to any participant (“Participants”).
   
   Event Requirements
4. To qualify and participate in this Event, Participants must fulfil the following requirements during the Event Period (“Event Requirements”):
   a) Must have a valid and active AirAsia member account (having subscribed and registered as a member under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. (“BL”) under the name “AirAsia rewards”) and have a unique registration number known as “AirAsia member ID issued by BL at the point of participation in this Event. In the event the Participant is not a registered AirAsia member at the time of the Event Period, the Participant is required to sign-up as an AirAsia member via the AirAsia MOVE mobile application or the AirAsia website (https://www.airasia.com/en/gb) (collectively referred to as “Dedicated Platforms”) before participating in the Event. Any registration of AirAsia membership made by the Participants after the Event Period shall disqualify such Participants from the Event and any Bonus AirAsia points without any further notice.
   b) Must have a valid and existing KTC MASTERCARD issued by Mastercard Thailand; and
   c) Must successfully complete all the Event Mechanism (as hereunder defined) during the Event Period.
   
   Event Mechanism
5. By participating in this Event, the Participants who adhere to the following event mechanism during the Event Period (“Event Mechanism”) may be eligible to receive Bonus AirAsia points (“Bonus AirAsia points”):
   a) Participants must successfully perform the purchase(s) for Thai AirAsia (carrier code FD) flight booking(s) using their KTC MASTERCARD through the Dedicated Platforms; and
   b) Allow the KTC MASTERCARD used to be set as the preferred payment method by clicking on “Save this card to my account”.
6. The Bonus AirAsia points earned by Participants are based on the accumulated paid amount for their Thai AirAsia flight booking(s) using their KTC MASTERCARD during the Event Period, detailed as follows:
   • Accumulated paid amount 6,000 to 14,999 THB earn 3,000 Bonus AirAsia points.
   • Accumulated paid amount 15,000 to 26,999 THB earn 6,000 Bonus AirAsia points.
   • Accumulated paid amount more than 27,000 THB earn 7,000 Bonus AirAsia points.
7. Participants may earn an additional 3,000 Bonus AirAsia points when a Premium Flex flight ticket is purchased. Each Participant is capped at earning 3,000 additional Bonus AirAsia points throughout the Event Period.
8. The Participants may perform the purchase(s) of Thai AirAsia flight booking(s) in multiple transactions to be entitled for the respective Bonus AirAsia points, subject to the availability of Bonus AirAsia points allocated under this Event.
9. Participants who satisfy all the Event Requirements and Event Mechanism shall be eligible to participate in the Event, and Participants who fail to fulfil Event Requirements and/or fail to abide by Event Mechanism will automatically be disqualified from the Event without any further notice or liability towards the Organisers.
   
   Bonus AirAsia points
10. The Bonus AirAsia points shall be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to the availability of the total allocation of 2,300,000 Bonus AirAsia points under this Event.
11. The Bonus AirAsia points earned through this Event will be credited into the eligible Participants’ respective AirAsia membership account within sixty (60) business days after the end of Event Period, subject to the Organisers receiving all information as deemed necessary. For the avoidance of doubt, this is subject to the exclusion of invalid or cancelled transactions and/or withdrawals, where no Bonus AirAsia points will be awarded to the Participants pursuant to this Event.
12. The Bonus AirAsia points earned through this Event are only valid for a period of two (2) years from the date such AirAsia points are awarded into the Participant’s AirAsia account. Any AirAsia points not utilised within its validity period will lapse without notice or liability. Detailed AirAsia rewards terms and conditions can be found at www.airasia.com/rewards.
    
    Miscellaneous
13. The General T&C may be amended from time to time; hence, you are advised to review it periodically to be aware of such modifications. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Specific T&C and any terms and conditions set forth in the General T&C, the Specific T&C shall prevail.
14. The Specific T&C are governed by the laws of Thailand and subjected to the jurisdiction of courts in Thailand.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
