Special privilege for KTC MASTERCARD cardmembers at Singapore Airlines.

The fares quoted above (“Fares”) shall be inclusive of airfares, airport taxes and surcharges and are, subject to any further revision by Singapore Airlines at its absolute discretion from time to time.

1. The rates of fares quoted above are for one (1) individual traveller and shall be valid for travel flights that depart within the period 8 May 2024 to 30 April 2025.
2. The Fares are only applicable for flights booked on SQ and/or TR (as applicable).
3. The Fares are applicable only for travel flights that depart from Bangkok, Phuket or Chiang Mai airport(s) (as applicable).
4. Flight/date change and no-show fees are applied based on the terms and conditions of the ticket.
5. Cancellation of a flight booking is not allowed, and no refund will be given for such cancellation by a passenger.
6. Change of name is not allowed upon successful booking of a flight.
7. Infant fare is applied.
8. Children will be charged the same fare as an adult.
9. Max stay requirements may apply for returning flights.
10. Fares indicated above are subject to the availability of seats on a flight. In the event there are insufficient seats in the selected booking class for a flight, the system will automatically offer the available seats in the next higher booking class for such a flight (if any) to a customer.
11. Other terms and conditions as may be included by Singapore Airlines at its absolute discretion from time to time, shall apply.
12. Singapore Airlines retains the discretion of varying the terms and conditions contained herein at any time without prior notice.
13. Any dispute in relation to these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the rules of the SIAC.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
