Terms and condition for Buy 2 tickets get 6,000 off promotion

1. This promotion is only applicable for a round-trip tickets departing from Bangkok (BKK) to Taipei (TPE).
2. This promotion is only applicable for passengers who are non Taiwan passport holder.
3. The promotion is valid only for 2 passengers traveling together. Both passengers must book and issue tickets under the SAME PNR and travel together. 
4. Children or infant ticket cannot be applied for this promotion. The fare will be same as an adult passenger.
5. This promotion is for traveling during 1 May - 30 September 2025.
6. This promotion is applicable for Economy class booking under SAVING and LIMITED fare.
7. Promotional tickets are limited in quantity, and fares and seat availability are subject to availability at the time of booking.
8. The passengers must pay for the tickets, including taxes and fees, for both individuals in a single transaction. The system will automatically apply a discount of 6,000 THB per booking reference.
9. Tickets are non-refundable, non-reroutable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items. If changes are necessary, both passengers must modify their bookings together and pay the applicable change fee. Individual changes are not permitted.
10. No-shows will result in ticket forfeiture, and rebooking will not be allowed.
11. Tickets are eligible for mileage accumulation under the COSMILE program.
12. Tickets cannot be redeemed for cash, COSMILE miles, or upgrades.
13. Travelers consent to providing personal travel information to the Taiwan Tourism Administration, including but not limited to names, nationality, booking references, and travel dates.
14. Both Travelers must confirm that they meet the terms and conditions before issuing tickets via the promotional page link.
15. If travelers are found to be ineligible for the promotion, STARLUX Airlines reserves the right to cancel the tickets or request reimbursement for the ticket price.
16. STARLUX Airlines reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of STARLUX Airlines and Taiwan Tourism Administration.

Terms and Conditions for 5% discount from STARLUX Airlines

1. Booking is available via website www.STARLUX-Airlines.com and STARLUX Mobile Application only
2. Apply the Promo code "JXKTC2025" to receive 5% discount for Taipei and United States - Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), and Seattle (SEA) routes.
3. Booking periods from 1 February 2025 – 31 December 2025 and Travelling periods from 11 February 2025 – 26 December 2026.
4. This promotion is reserved for customers who make payments with KTC credit cards only.
5. STARLUX Airlines shall not be liable for discrepancies in passenger fares resulting from booking errors by passengers.
6. Passenger fares shown are inclusive of the discount.
7. Passengers who do not receive the discount cannot request reimbursement.
8. Applicable only to STARLUX Airlines flights departing from Thailand, for both one-way and round-trip journeys.
9. Passenger fares may be subject to change without prior notice.
10. This discount cannot be used with taxes and other fees.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 February 2025 – 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by by registering at https://www.ktc.co.th/promotion/travel/air-ticket/starlux-airlines within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month.
11. The transaction must be made in Thai Baht (THB) only.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
