5. Full payment must be made via eligible Visa card issued in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam.
6. Save up to 15% on Business Class Comfort fares (only valid on booking classes I, D) and Business Class Classic fares (only valid on booking classes R).
7. Bookings for this offer is limited and will be based on a first come first serve basis.

10. All-in fares include all taxes, fees, and surcharges which are subject to currency fluctuation.
11. Discount is applied on fare selection and will not be shown in the final receipt. It is the responsibility of the consumer to select the right fares with discounts applied by looking out for the coupons indicating discounted fares.
12. The promo code discount, on some occasions, will be inclusive of any discounts that has already been applied on the fares itself.
13. Peak period surcharges may apply.
14. Fares are subject to change without prior notice.
15. Discount applies to one-way and return base fare only of selected fare classes.
16. Discount does not apply to taxes and all other surcharges.
17. Seats are limited and are subject to availability of the relevant booking class.
18. Minimum and maximum stay as well as advance purchase rules apply dependent on the booking class.
19. Blackout dates and surcharges may apply. Please refer to the fare rules for details at the time of booking.
20. Please refer to the fare rules at the time of booking for changes, cancellations and no-show conditions.
21. Any change or cancellation less than 3 hours prior to the stated time of departure will be considered as no-show.
22. For travel involving multiple booking classes, the most restrictive fare rules apply to the entire itinerary.

For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa has facilitated this Offer for the benefit of Visa cardholders, the Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the Merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
