Terms and conditions of promotion

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during 01 April 2019 – 31 December 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer discount under this promotion only 4 tickets per 1 credit card number per day throughout the promotion period.
3. Children under 3 years of age can use the service for free. People between the ages of 3 - 11 years old are considered children. People aged 12 years and over are considered adults.
4. Please bring this promotion page to the staff to receive discounts at the Everland ticket counter every time before using the service.

General Terms and Conditions Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
