Terms and Conditions for Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the discount to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Jun 25 – 31 Oct 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. Get 10% discount on 10x Admission Pass (2 Hours)) and VIP (Annual Pass - 2 Hours) from regular price.
3. Get 5% discount on hourly tickets for 1 child (Junior Explorer) and 1 adult (Adult Explorer) at the same time

Terms and Conditions

1. The rules and regulations of Kiztopia are included in the Terms and Conditions of Sale, which can be found at www.kiztopia.co.th ("Terms of Sale"). All terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings as set forth in the Terms of Sale.
2. The service provider reserves the right to charge a cleaning and sanitization fee for incidents such as vomiting, spilled drinks, urination, etc. Parents/guardians are kindly requested to assist in cleaning themselves and their children in such cases.
3. Visitors will receive a wristband upon entry. The playtime will be printed on the wristband and can be tracked accordingly.
4. A grace period of 10 minutes will be provided after the session ends. If the visitor exceeds the session by more than 10 minutes but less than 30 minutes, a surcharge of 50 THB will be applied, payable at the counter. If the time exceeds 30 minutes but is within 60 minutes, a full 1-hour surcharge will apply.
5. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, vouchers, or special offers unless stated otherwise.
6. This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Purchasers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the Terms of Sale available at www.kiztopia.co.th, which are incorporated herein by reference.
8. In the case of third-party ticket purchases, the purchaser must ensure that all users including guardians, representatives, and/or affiliates have read and accepted these terms and the Terms of Sale listed on the Kiztopia website.
9. The purchase of this ticket indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Sale. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Kiztopia is final.

Single Admission Ticket

1. Valid for entry of 1 child and 1 adult only, as stated on the ticket.
2. Valid for 1, 2, or 3 hours of playtime (subject to change) on the same day.
3. Single-entry ticket – re-entry is not allowed once you exit the premises.
4. This ticket is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, or expired.
5. The purchaser confirms they have read, understood, and accepted the Terms of Sale as stated at www.kiztopia.co.th and in this document.
6. For third-party purchases, the purchaser must ensure that all guardians of the players, their representatives, and/or affiliates have read and agreed to these terms and the Terms of Sale available at www.kiztopia.co.th.
7. By purchasing this ticket/pass/family pass/membership, you are deemed to have read and accepted the Terms of Sale.
8. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Kiztopia shall be final.

10-Entry Pass

1. Valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
2. Valid for the number of hours specified on the front of the pass.
3. The pass must be presented each time before entry. Each entry is valid for 1 child and 1 accompanying adult.
4. This pass is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. This pass entitles the holder to a 10% discount on Kiztopia merchandise and food & beverages at Kiztopia Café. The discount cannot be used with other promotions or coupons unless otherwise stated.
6. The purchaser confirms they have read, understood, and accepted the Terms of Sale listed at www.kiztopia.co.th and in this document.
7. In the case of third-party purchases of the 10-Entry Pass, the purchaser must ensure that all guardians of the users, representatives, and/or affiliated companies have read and accepted these terms and the Terms of Sale on the Kiztopia website.
8. By purchasing this ticket/pass/family pass/membership/access pass, you are deemed to have read and accepted the Terms of Sale and to be bound by them.
9. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Kiztopia is final.

Annual Pass

1. Valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
• Unlimited playtime during the validity period, with a maximum of 2 hours per visit.
• Not valid on public holidays.
• Valid for 1 child (minimum height 80 cm) and 1 accompanying adult.
2. The pass must be presented each time before entry. Each entry is valid for 1 child and 1 accompanying adult.
3. This pass is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. This pass entitles the holder to the following discounts:
• 10% off Kiztopia merchandise
• 10% off birthday party packages
• 10% off food and beverages at Kiztopia Café
• 50% off when purchasing an annual pass for a sibling

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
