Terms and Conditions for Redemption

1. This promotion is valid only for purchases made at the Siam Amazing Park ticket counters.
2. Please register for the promotion with staff at the Siam Amazing Park ticket counters before payment using any KTC credit card participating in the promotion.
3. Each eligible person can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets per day. All tickets must be used on the same day.
4. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers.
5. Promotion is valid for permanent residents of Thailand only.
6. The company reserves the right to refuse exchanges or refunds, and to change the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
7. The company reserves the right to close rides due to maintenance or unsuitable weather conditions.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
