Terms and Conditions

Booking at least 7 days in advance and depend on car availability at www.AVISThailand.com/KTCMonthly. (4 hours late drop off, rental for than 4 hours will be charged as 1 full day)
This promotion is for booking at least 30 days and can not be refund with any conjunction.
The promotion price includes Vat7%, unlimited milleage and CDW
- 20,000 Baht for car type 1,200 cc - 1,800 cc
- 40,000 Baht for car type 2,000 cc and more
The promotion price exclude Vat7% , Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), Theft Protection (TP), Additional Driver (ADD) and other additional services. These can be purchased via AVIS Thailand.
Documents need to be present when pick up 1) ID card / Passport 2) Driver license 3) KTC credit card used for booking, must be valid not expire with sufficient credit line for deposit 20,000 - 40,000 Baht / vehicle and for other charges (if any)
.The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. No cash or debit card accept. No refund.
AVIS and KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, AVIS and KTC’s decision is deemed final.

This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 15 May 24 - 31 Jul 24 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
Cardmembers who spend on card at AVIS will get special price start at 12,799 Baht on the original price of goods/services purchased.

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
