Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment: Reservations must be made and paid in full before travel using a KTC credit card via https://budget.co.th/bank. A credit hold will be placed on the KTC credit card on the vehicle pickup date. The same KTC credit card used for booking must be presented to the staff upon pickup. Reservations are subject to branch availability and car availability at the time of booking. (A late return is allowed up to 1 hour without charge. If returned more than 1 hour late, a charge of 1/3 of the daily rate per hour applies. If returned more than 3 hours late, a full-day rate will be charged.)
Non-Cancellation & Non-Refundable: This offer is non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Included in the Price: Prices include 7% VAT, basic insurance with a deductible (LDW), and unlimited mileage.
Not Included in the Price: Prices exclude optional insurance with no deductible (SDW), theft protection (TP), personal accident insurance (PAI), and other additional services.
Required Documents for Rental:
- National ID Card/Passport
- Valid Driver’s License
- Credit card in the renter's name, which must be valid and have sufficient credit for a security deposit of THB 5,000 per car, as well as for rental and any additional charges (if applicable).
Promotion Restrictions: This promotional offer cannot be combined with other privileges or discounts. Cash and debit card payments are not accepted.

This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 15 Mar 25 - 30 Jun 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.

KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
