Terms and Conditions for Promotion
- The privilege under this promotion is provided only for customers of JCB ULTIMATE credit card issued by all financial institutions and credit card operators in Thailand (the “Customer”).
- Subject to Clause 5. of this Terms and Conditions, the Customer who, during 15 January 2024 - 31 December 2024 (“Accumulating Spending Amount Period”), have spent from primary card and supplementary card with the total of THB 500,000 or more during the Accumulating Spending Amount Period is eligible for 2 privileges of limousine airports transfer service at Suvarnabhumi airport or Don Muang airport which can be redeem immediately after the Customer received the code as specified in Clause 6.
- To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, the Customer must successfully register by sending SMS message, text JLI <space> followed by 16 digits of credit card number then send to 0613845000 (SMS service fee as specified by the network service provider) or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/JCBLIMOUSINE before or within the day that card transaction has been made. The Customer must receive a confirmation message from KTC in order to have rights to participate in this program. The amount that will be calculated will be counted from the date of confirmation registration.
- The privileges to be allocated under this promotion are limited to 750 privileges (2 privileges per 1 primary card) for all JCB ULTIMATE credit cards issued in Thailand in the order of first come first serve. The total value of the privileges is THB 1,350,000.
- The calculation of the Accumulating Spending Amount under 2 exclude the following: cash advance, all types of purchase of unit investment trust fund, premium payment for Unit Linked Insurance Plan (MCC 6211), installment payment with KTC card via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased and any other type of refund.
- Once the Customer has spent the total accumulated spending amount specified in Clause 2., KTC will send the limousine airport transfer service code via the KTC Mobile application to the account of the Customer who is a primary cardholder within 60 days from the end of the month that the total accumulated spending amount reached THB 500,000. The rights will depend on the order of accumulated spending amount and registration and on a first-come, first-served basis.
- After receiving the code in Clause 6., the Customer who wish to redeem the code shall present the code and travelling details to book for the limousine airport transfer service with the Limousine Express Company Limited via telephone number at 02-099-0888 or email: rez@limousinethailand.com or Line: @limousineexpressth. Please note that the limousine service is required to be booked at least 3 days prior to the service date otherwise the privileges cannot be redeemed.
- This privilege is limited to 2 codes / each primary card throughout the Accumulating Spending Amount Period. In case the Customer does not redeem the code within the Redeeming Period as specified in Clause 8., this privilege is automatically expired and cannot be used after the Redeeming Period.
- As regards the promotion redeeming period, the limousine service booked and to be used under this Promotion can be used for booking upon the date receipt of the code and the service date can be scheduled only until 31 March 2025 (“Redeeming Period”).
- The limousine service under this Promotion is limited to a pick-up/drop-off service between Suvarnabhumi airport or Don Muang airport and the residential place within areas of Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Samut Prakan only. The vehicle type for this service is Toyota Camry or equivalent, with a maximum of 2 passengers at a time and 2 luggages of no more than 28 inches in size.
- The limousine service provider reserves the right to change the type of service vehicle to the equivalent depending on the availability at the time of service.
- In case of booking cancellation or changing in itinerary such as pick-up location, drop-off destination, or pick-up time, the Customer shall inform Limousine Express at telephone no. 02-099-0888 at least 1 day prior to the service date, otherwise the right shall be deemed used.
- The Customer is responsible for any additional expenses, e.g., service fee for any delay by the Customer, subjected to terms and conditions of services and details on cancellation, changes and additional expenses. Please find further details in this regard at “Terms and Conditions of the Service” and “Details on Cancellation, Changes and Additional Expenses”. Also, please note that any additional expenses must be paid by using KTC JCB ULTIMATE credit card only.
Terms and Conditions for the Service
- The Customers is responsible for the expenses incurred from off-route travelling or any added services. Any additional expenses must be paid by the Customer using KTC JCB ULTIMATE credit card only.
- The limousine service provider reserves the right to provide a service only from the designated origin to destination. Any stopovers are not permitted, except for emergency that requires the stopover or complete stop, which shall be regarded as the end of the service at such location.
- The privilege covers gas fee, toll way fee, parking fee, drinking water and refreshing towel.
Details on Cancellation, Changes, and Additional Expenses
- The Customer must cancel the bookings at least 1 day in advance to avoid forfeiting the privilege.
- If a cancellation is made with less than a day prior or if the Customer fails to show up at the scheduled appointment, it shall be deemed that the Customer has already used such limousine service, otherwise the issued privilege shall immediately be deemed cancelled.
- For any itinerary changes, such as pick-up location, drop-off destination, or pick-up time, the Customer is required to contact the limousine service provider at least 12 hours in advance of the service date.
- For the request to increase the vehicle size, number of luggage or passengers, please specify the additional number at the time of booking for services. The Customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred in this regard. The limousine service provider reserves the right to provide the service only to the number of passengers or luggage informed upon the booking. In case of an unannounced passenger or luggage addition on the service date, the service provider reserves the right to deny service for such additional passenger or luggage.
- In case of airport pick up, the driver will wait for the Customer 90 minutes from the landing time. In case that the Customer cannot be contacted or do not show up at the meeting point, it shall be considered that the service is completely provided and the issued privilege shall immediately be deemed cancelled.
- In case of pick-up from residential address, the driver will wait for the Customer 30 minutes from the appointed time. In case of the delay by the Customer, an additional fee of THB 650 will be charged and the driver will only stand by for the total of 90 minutes from the appointed time. The limousine service provider will reach out to the Customer to confirm the new departure time and inform the Customer regarding the additional charges.
General Terms and Conditions
- Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash.
- Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for the Customer with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to the Customers, based on KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to the Customer.
