General Hertz Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior departure (48 hours for rentals in Asia) with a valid Mastercard card, which must be presented at counter during time of payment.
2. Offers are valid on leisure retail rates for self-drive rentals at participating locations.
3. Offers do not apply on Hertz Collections.
4. Limited to one offer per rental.
5. Offers apply to time and mileage charges only, and does not apply to taxes, fees and optional services. Offers are not guaranteed and based on availability at time of rental.
6. Offers have no cash value, may not be used with tour rates or insurance/dealer replacement rates and cannot be combined with any other certificate, voucher, offer or promotion.
7. Blackout dates apply.
8. Standard Hertz rental terms and conditions apply.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
