- The company reserves the right to charge additional fees or refuse service if there are more passengers or luggage than specified without prior notice.

- The driver must be at least 21 years old or older and must have a valid Thai driver’s license or international driver’s license that covers the entire car rental period.
- The promotion is not available during public holidays or long weekends.
- The price may change depending on the availability of cars at each branch.
- If the customer extends the rental period, the branch will charge the rental fee according to the branch's price. Payment can be made at the branch.
- Off-Site Pick-Up and Drop-Off: The company reserves the right to refuse off-site pick-up and drop-off services.
- The SIXT service provider reserves the right to change the type of service vehicle to the equivalent depending on the availability at the time of service.

- In the event that a car is not available, the service provider reserves the right to rent the car according to its terms and conditions.
Limousine Transfer Service

- For amendment and cancellations, please notify us at least 24 hours before the pick-up time to avoid any charges.
- For pick-up and drop-off in outer Bangkok, there is an additional charge of 200 THB.
- For pick-up and drop-off in the surrounding provinces of Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Samut Prakan, there is an additional charge of 300 THB (excluding VAT).
- In the case of pick-up/drop-off at Don Mueang Airport, an additional service fee of 100 Baht per trip will be charged (excluding VAT).
- In the event of a no-show, the service will be considered complete.
- There will be additional charges for route changes or off-route travel.
- The company reserves the right to charge additional fees or refuse service if there are more passengers or luggage than specified without prior notice.
- In the event of an emergency that prevents the car from being delivered on time due to an accident, traffic congestion, roadblocks, riots, floods, or any circumstance that beyond the service provider’s reasonable control, the service provider reserves the right to provide a replacement car of equal or higher value.
- For airport arrivals, the limousine will standby at the meeting point for a maximum of 1.30 hours after the flight lands. If the airport staff cannot find or contact you or you do not show up, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged from the 1.31st hours onwards.
- For hotel pick-ups, the limousine will standby at the meeting point for a maximum of 30 minutes after the pick-up time. If the airport staff cannot find orcontact you or you do not show up, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged from the 31st minutes onwards.
- The service includes fuel and toll charges but excludes VAT.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
