Special privileges for KTC VISA credit card at Klook

1. Promotion is only applicable to Visa Credit cards issued in Thailand.
2. This promotion is valid from 1 Feb - 30 November 2023 or until fully checked out, whichever is earlier.
3. Each Promotion Code has a limited number of available checkouts every week and is for one-time use only.
4. Offer must be made with an Applicable Visa Credit Card during the Promotion Period.
5. Applicable Visa credit cardholder is required to enter the Promotion Code when conducting the Offer transaction, before payment, during the booking process.
6. This promotion is valid only for bookings made via Klook’s website and mobile app, excluding listings on third-party platforms (Agoda, Booking.com, Hotels.com).
7. This promotion does not apply to activities in the excluded list of acitvities.
8. Promotion code “VISATHCAR” entitles users to 10% off on Car Rental, with a min. spend of THB 3,800 discount capped at THB 770. Limited redemptions and limited bookings, based on first-come-first-serve basis.
9. Promotion code “VISATHTOURS"" entitles users to 10% off on Tours, with a min. spend of THB 4,300, discount capped at THB 860. Limited redemptions and limited bookings, based on first-come-first-serve basis.
10. Each promotion code is valid for one-time use per user only during the valid period, subject to availability.
11. Promotion codes are applicable to Thailand users with Thailand phone number only.
12. Discount will be applied on the final price and displayed on the payment page if promotion code is successfully applied. No discount will be given if promotion code fails to apply.
13. Prices listed may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes where applicable.
14. Privileges cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programmes, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges unless otherwise stated.

19. Klook supports payments in different currencies and rates can be converted into different currencies for your convenience.
20. Activity rates indicated in a certain currency are at a rate determined by Klook, estimated using market spot rates. Payment currency will be clearly indicated at time of payment. Some credit cards may charge additional fees in handling certain currencies, please consult with your credit card issuer if additional charges will apply to your transaction.
21. Klook reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the promotion at any time without prior notice.

General terms and conditions

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4.  KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
