Discount Terms and Conditions

Payment must be made with a KTC UNIONPAY credit card only.
The voucher may be used to book an Expedia Rate hotel with bookings made online at www.expedia.co.th/UnionPay. The voucher cannot be redeemed against car only bookings, flight only bookings, package only bookings or hotel only bookings of the hotels listed here: https://www.expedia.co.th/g/rf/coupon-exclude-hotels
The voucher entitles you to 15% or 10% off the price of the travel reservation before the application of any taxes, applicable fees or additional costs.
Voucher can only be redeemed if you pay online when booking is made at www.expedia.co.th/UnionPay and not applicable if you choose to pay at the hotel later.
The voucher may not be used with other discount vouchers.
In a multiple-room booking, the discount will only be applied to one room.
The voucher cannot be redeemed against taxes, supplier fees, cancellation or change penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The voucher cannot be used for any booking previously made and will be deemed fully redeemed once a qualifying booking has been made.
The voucher has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered. Improper use of the voucher by you including but not limited to publication or selling of the voucher is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
Usual booking terms and conditions apply and all bookings are subject to availability.
BEX Travel Asia Pte Ltd reserves the right to vary the voucher conditions of use or to withdraw the voucher at any time. BEX Travel Asia Pte Ltd’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion.
BEX Travel Asia Pte Ltd is the promoter of this offer.
The voucher is an offer from BEX Travel Asia Pte Ltd and may only be used by residents of Thailand aged 18 and over.
If we become aware, or have reason to suspect (in our reasonable opinion), that you have: (a) made multiple bookings on the Website using the voucher with a view to re-selling any accommodation; or (b) otherwise engaged in conduct which impacts on the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer, we may, in our absolute discretion, cancel all bookings made by you using the voucher.
The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of UnionPay credit cards.
The promotion is applicable to all card types except Corporate card.
In case of Dispute, Decision from BEX Travel Asia Pte Ltd is final.
The offer will be changed once reach the quota limit without prior notice.

General Terms and Conditions

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
