This promotion is arranged by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to grant exclusive privileges to KTC - AGODA MASTERCARD cardmembers (“card”) according to the conditions applied. The card is a credit card issued by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited.
New primary cardmembers will be gifted the equivalent of THB400 AgodaCash after making two confirmed Agoda bookings (bookings must not be cancelled) cumulatively valued no less than THB 3,000. The bookings must be made with the card on an Agoda platform within 90 days after approval of the card; offer valid between 1 Apr 24 – 31 Mar 25. The AgodaCash will be accorded to cardmember’s Agoda account within 60 days if all conditions are met.
AgodaCash is not legal tender, has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash. AgodaCash also cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged. KTC and Agoda reserves the right to award, cancel, revoke or reclaim any privileges granted to the cardmembers under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive this privilege, or if the credit card is used for any commercial purpose, in breach of card terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled, even after Agoda accorded the AgodaCash under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC and Agoda reserves the right to offer privileges under this program to cardmembers who maintain their membership status and who are without a record of default or outstanding payment throughout the program until the day on which the privilege is granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
The privilege under this promotion can neither be refunded or exchanged into cash, nor may it be transferred to any third party.
