4.5 At checkout, customers must opt-in for the ‘Pay Now’ option to be eligible. Users must use a JCB card to complete the booking and receive the reward.

4.6 Once the booking is complete, you will get an email confirmation highlighting the reward amount applied to the cost of your stay.
1. Customers who select ‘Pay Later’ and ‘Pay at the Property’ will not be eligible for an Instant Reward.
2. If the customer selected ‘Pay Later’ and ‘Pay at the Property’ accommodation, the instant reward cannot be retroactively applied after a booking is confirmed.
3. All conditions of the promotion must be met at the time the booking is made; no retroactive claims will be allowed.
4. Bookings made through the Booking.com app or Booking.com direct are not eligible for this promotion.
5. Canceled and “no show” bookings are not eligible.
6. Taxes and other fees and charges may not be taken into account for the calculation of the final reward. The final reward is subject to the exchange rate.
7. Accommodations that do not accept credit cards are not eligible for the offer. These are accommodations that only accept cash as a mode of payment and do not have a “Instant Reward” badge displayed on their listing.
