Special privilege for KTC JCB cardmembers get a chance to win a Japan tour package with KinyuuD

Conditions:

1. The Company reserves the right to give prizes only to JCB credit cardholders who register within the activity period via Line Official JCB Thailand in order to receive the rights correctly and the cardholder must have spending amount through the card and complete the conditions specified by JCB International (Thailand) Company Limited (the "Company") and the card issuing financial institution between 1 Nov. '23 - 31 Jan. '24. Cardholders will receive rights throughout the program with just one registration.
2. Total spending via card must occur within a specified period of time and exclude cash withdrawal transactions through all channels, interest, fines, various fees, spending amounts for all types of mutual funds, purchasing various investment units, digital currency trading (Cryptocurrency), various stock trading brokers, unit-linked life insurance, the transactions that were canceled and the transactions that were refunded.
3. The Company and the card-issuing financial institution reserve the right, based on the information which the Company and financial institutions that issue cards are having or receiving, to suggest that cardholders should keep proof of participation and sales slips for inspection if necessary.
4. In the event that there are amendments, changes, or additions to the terms and conditions of the activity and/or in the case of changes in prizes/privileges according to the activity and/or cancel this activity whatever the reason, the Company will notify via the https://bit.ly/JCBLUCKY2024 website and the card issuing financial institution will notify through the channels of the card issuing financial institution.
5. The number of Japan tour package prizes is limited to a total of 10 prizes (2 seats per prize), valued at 200,000 baht per prize and a total value of 2,000,000 baht.
6. The travel schedule is from March 31, 2024, to April 4, 2024. The Company will inform you of the travel date on the day the lucky winners' names are drawn.
7. The tour package includes round-trip air tickets, economy class includes airport taxes, baggage allowance (included in the ticket fare), fuel tax and travel insurance collected from the airline, travel accident, and health insurance, lodging for 2 people for 3 nights, 9 meals, guide fees, tour bus vehicle fees, entrance fees to attractions according to the itinerary and tips for drivers, hotels, restaurants, local guides and tour leaders (Tour packages do not include passport processing fees, personal expenses other than those listed, such as additional drinks and food, telephone charges, laundry fees, etc.)
8. The value of the prize does not include VAT.
9. Any other fees and taxes incurred in addition to the value of the prize received, the winner must be responsible for their own expenses.
10. The Company is responsible for deducting withholding tax at the rate of 5% from the value of the prize that the lucky winner receives. The winner must include the value of the said prize as assessable income in order to pay annual personal income tax at a progressive rate. This may result in having to pay additional taxes.
11. The Company will collect the rights of cardholders who correctly follow the conditions set by the Company according to the number of rights that cardholders receive from spending according to the conditions during the activity period. All prizes will be drawn on February 26, 2024, at Lucky One Group Company Limited, No. 3/16 Sanambin Nam Road, Tha Sai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Nonthaburi 11000. License No. 686/2566 was issued at Mueang Nonthaburi District Office. The prize draw will be separated according to the financial institution that issued the card, which currently is AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited, Card X Company Limited, Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited, and Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, 2 prizes per each financial institution. In the event that the lucky winner receives more than 1 prize, the lucky winner will receive only 1 maximum prize per 1 cardholder name.
12. The Company reserves the right to draw a list of winners as a reserve for use in the event that winners waive their rights or do not meet all the qualifications.
13. The Company will announce the names of the lucky winners on the https://bit.ly/JCBLUCKY2024 website on February 28, 2024.
14. The Company employees including affiliates and companies involved in this activity are not eligible to participate in the program.
15. Other activity conditions are as specified by the Company and the financial institution that issues the card. And conditions for using credit cards are as specified by the card-issuing financial institution.

Conditions for receiving awards

1. The winner must be responsible for paying a withholding tax of 5% of the value of the prize according to the Revenue Department's order No. T.P. 101/2544 or as required by law.
2. The Company will contact the winner within February 29, 2024, via the phone number that the winner has provided to the Company when registering to participate to notify details and conditions regarding prizes and inform the next steps regarding preparing documents for travel.
3. The lucky winner must confirm with the Company whether you wish to receive the prize or not, by March 1, 2024. If the Company cannot contact the lucky winner and/or the lucky winner does not confirm their intention to receive the prize within the specified period, it is considered that the lucky winner waives the right.
4. The winner must submit documents confirming their right to receive the prize, a copy of their ID card (First and last name must be the same as the credit card), and withholding tax must be paid in full. Along with evidence of receiving the prize confirmed via email or channels through which the Company's representatives notified within 6 March 2024.
5. Japan tour package prize conditions:
• The winner of the Japan tour package must be the person who travels with the tour.
• In the event that the winner and/or their dependents are unable to leave Thailand and/or are refused entry into Japan, it will be considered that the prize has been received and the right to receive the said prize will immediately cease. The Company and the financial institution that issued the card will not change your rights under any circumstances.
• The winner and accompanying person must have a passport with more than 6 months of validity remaining from the date of travel.
• The winner and their accompanying person will travel roundtrip on the date and time specified by the Company and must comply with the details and conditions specified in the tour program.
• The prize does not include the cost of passport preparation, other documents, and personal expenses of the winner and their dependents.
• Details of air tickets, accommodations, and tour package conditions are stipulated in accordance with the tour Company assigned by the Company ("Tour Company").
6. In the event that the right is waived and/or the person entitled to receive the prize has incorrect qualifications or does not comply with regulations or conditions specified by the Company, the Company will contact alternate winners to receive their prizes. The alternate winner must come and receive the prize within the period and conditions that the Company will further notify.
7. The Company will disclose information about the winners to the tour Company for the benefit of giving prizes or actions related to activities
8. The Company and the financial institution that issued the card are not required to pay any compensation or compensation in any case.
9. Cardholders have the right to win an unlimited number of prizes but have the right to receive only one maximum prize. If the same name appears, the committee will draw another lucky winner instead.
10. Prizes received according to this promotional activity list cannot be exchanged for cash, points, or other prizes, or transfer rights to others.

14. The Company and the financial institution that issued the card are not involved in the prizes. If in doubt, defects are found, please contact the relevant tour Company directly.

Privacy Policy

1. 4. In participating in such promotional activities, the cardholder consents to the Company and/or the Company's representatives to show parts of names, parts of phone numbers, and parts of the cardholder's credit card numbers on websites maintained by the Company.
5. In participating in such promotional activities, the cardholder consents to the Company and/or the Company's representatives to contact the cardholder to request an address for prize delivery or to notify them to pick up the prize at the Company's business location.

General Terms and Conditions 

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
