The company reserves the right to change the program, price and all conditions as appropriate. Due to the delay of airlines, hotel accommodation in foreign countries political events and natural disasters, etc. that are beyond the control of the company or additional costs incurred directly or indirectly, such as illness, injury, loss, delay or from various accidents. Cancel Travelling

Cancel 60 days prior to departure. Refund service, except the deposit fee with the airline and hotel reservation.
Cancel 45-60 days prior to departure. The company reserves the right to confiscate the first deposit.
Cancel 45 days before departure. The company reserves the right to not refund all money. If being denied entry, the company reserves the right to not refund the whole amount. Note: The company reserves the right to refund the costs of the service fee in the category Non-Refund including the deposit and the line. Fly Hotel reservation, accommodation, etc.

General Terms and Conditions

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
