Complimentary Gift Terms and Conditions
- This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the complimentary gift to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Klang Plaza Department store (Except supermarket department) during 1 Apr 2019- 31 Jul 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, และบัตร KTC เพื่อหน่วยงานรัฐ. (excluding cardmembers are depending on mechanic of the promotion)
- The cardmembers who have spent with the card according to specified conditions, will receive 1 unit/piece by present the sales slip to the customer service counter of any participating stores that join the promotion within the same day as when the spending amount has been made with the card according to specified conditions only.
- KTC reserves the right to offer complimentary gift under this promotion only up to 1 unit/piece
per sales slip per card number per day.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of complimentary gift offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
KTC FOREVER points for discount redemption Terms and Conditions
- KTC receives the right to offer a discount by redeeming KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) to the cardmembers who have KTC Points and spend with the card at participating stores during 1 Apr 2019 - 31 Jul 2019 according to specified conditions only.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to receive a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
- KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion only for card members who spend with card at the minimum of 2,000 Baht per sales slip. The cardmembers may redeem KTC Points equal to spending amount per sales slip to receive 12%discount for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only.
- In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion.
- KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
- The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
- KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
- KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion does not include the payment of goods/services in the category of gift voucher, gift card, alcoholic beverages and does not include any products sold in rental booths or shops.
- KTC reserves the right to limit KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion only up to 1 time per 1 sales slip per day.
0% installment Payment with KTC Card plan terms and conditions
- This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make payments for goods/services with KTC credit card (“card”) at Klang Plaza Department store (Except supermarket department) during 1 Apr 2019 - 31 Jul 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
- The 0% Installment payment with KTC Card plan is for the payment of goods/services that participate in this promotion according to specified conditions only.
- KTC reserves the right not to give KTC FOREVER points and KTC ROP points both normal and special points for the installment payment via the card according to this promotion.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any other types of refund, from the calculation of privilege offering to the cardmembers under this promotion.
- Goods/services that do not participate in 0% Installment payment with KTC Card plan can be participate in 0.80% Installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online plan which has interest and credit line usage fee of 0.80% up to 10 months with minimum price of 3,000 Baht.
“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
