Privilege for KTC card members at Malaysia Airlines​

1. This promotion is applicable for all new and existing KTC cardmembers.
2. Booking period: 1 Mar 20 - 31 Mar 2020. This offer does not valid for booking made on Malaysia Airlines mobile app and not valid for multi-city booking.
3. The promotion is available to all destinations of Malaysia Airlines routes which departure from Bangkok and Phuket only (subject to seat, cabin class and flight availability). Promotion only valid on MH operated flights, excluding MH codeshare flights.
4. Travel period: 1 Mar 20 - 30 Sep 20
5. The promotion is only valid when booking using the promo code and discounted fares are shown upon flight search.
6. Discount applicable to both air fare on Business Class and Economy Class, not valid for MHexplorer booking.
7. Discount does not include airport taxes and other charges. 
8. The promotion is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
9. Both KTC Bank and Malaysia Airlines parties’ decision on all matters related to this program is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
