Terms & Conditions for e-Coupon

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC VISA credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) and spend on card at participating hotels during 1 Nov 23 - 31 Jan 24 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only. (for a booking and direct payment to hotel only, Online Travel Agency or other platform are not eligible) except for those who have following credit card: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and all types of KTC PROUD.
2. Cardmembers, who spend on card at the minimum of 5,000 Baht per sales slip within the Promotion Period, will receive Bangchak e-Coupon (“e-Coupon”) via KTC Mobile App within within the day of card transaction. In this regard, Cardmembers are required to press accept & use such e-Coupon within 7 days after receipt of such e-Coupon, otherwise such e-Coupon shall be deemed to be forfeited without prior notice.

   Limited 1,200 e-Coupons throughout the campaign

3. KTC reserves the right to not offer any retrospective e-Coupon to Cardmembers, if the registration to KTC Mobile App has been performed after card transaction date as specified in these terms and conditions.
4. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder.

Terms & Conditions for e-Coupon (Usage)

1. Please notify staff and press redeem to use e-Coupon in front of staff to receive the privilege.   
2. KTC reserves the right to reject any e-Coupon code from screen capturing on mobile phone or computer or photos in all circumstances.   
3. The e-Coupon cannot be exchanged into cash or return the value if you spend less than e-Coupon's value.  
4. Cardmembers are required to press accept & use such e-Coupon within 7 days after receipt of such e-Coupon, otherwise such e-Coupon shall be deemed to be forfeited without prior notice.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store / seller / service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods / services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products / services, or sales slip / tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and / or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and / or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
