1. The height criteria as specified by the company only.
2. This promotion is for entering the water park only unlimited access to all rides per day (except VR Slide), including towels, not including lockers, food and beverages, etc.
3. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
4. This promotion can be used every day, except holidays, Saturday - Sunday and public holidays. or by the date the water park is open.
5. This promotion cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
6. Discounts cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. and cannot inform Cancel or refund any amount in any case
7. All customers must strictly follow the rules of the water park.
8. The water park reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
