Terms and conditions for 16% cashback

1. *Get up to 35% discount for booking participating hotels via booking.com main website and Booking.com mobile application during 21 Nov’24 - 4 Dec’24 and staying during 21 Nov’24 - 31 Dec’25 only.
2. For bookings made via www.booking.com/mastercardth16 get 16% cashback maximum of USD 80 in Travel Credits
3. The cashback promotion is valid for all the users who made a reservation until 31 March 2025. The maximum check-out date for the stays must take place by 30 June 2025.
4. The cashback promotion offer will only apply to bookings made through www.booking.com/mastercardth16 made through the Booking.com app or www.booking.com are not eligible for the cashback. Reserved for Mastercard Credit Cards issued in Thailand only.
5. The cashback will be credited to the mastercard cardholder’s Booking.com Wallet (“Wallet Credit”) no sooner than 64 days after completion of stay in the accommodation.
6. The Wallet Credit will be due and paid directly by Booking.com to the cardholder’s Booking.com Wallet, and the actual amount is based on a percentage of the price of the booking, and the local currency.
7. The discount applies to room rates only and excludes fees and other charges, such as taxes, food and beverage service charges, and in-room dining services.
8. This Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” or "Coupon Available" banner on the search results page and “Prepaid”, “Pay now” and “Book Now, Pay later” room only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel” symbol do not qualify for the promotion.
9. The final price summary will show the exact discount amount applied to your booking.
10. This discount does not apply to hotels with a 'Pay Later' option or accommodations that only accept cash/no credit cards; these will not display the discount label.
11. This discount is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
12. Taxes (including VAT, sales tax, tourist tax and city tax), and other fees and charges (service charges, food and beverage, room service, etc.) may not be taken into account for the calculation of the final Wallet Credit. The exchange rate at the time of payment will also affect the final amount of ""Wallet Credit"".
13. Bookings paid for with previously earned Wallet Credit may not be eligible to earn additional credit.
14. Credit will be granted only to the user who made the booking.
15. Wallet Credits have an expiration period as determined by Booking.com. Different expiration periods can be applied to different credits. The expiration date of each credit is displayed in the user account setting section of www.booking.com.
16. Canceled and “no show” bookings are not eligible.
17. Hotels and properties that accept cash payment do not qualify for this promotion.
18. credit card customers must register and log in to their Booking.com account to receive the benefits.
19. All conditions of the promotion must be met at the time the booking is made; no retroactive claims will be allowed.

Terms and conditions for 10% cashback

1. Offer is valid to all Mastercard Principal and Supplementary cardholders ("Mastercard cardholders")
2. Bookings must be made via the designated booking sites:
   • Mastercard issued in Australia, New Zealand
   • Mastercard issued in All other markets (Except Australia, New Zealand)
3. Booking must follow these steps:
   • Sign up or log in to a registered Booking.com account
   • Choose the preferred accommodation, travel dates and room type to see the rate and estimated cash back value
   • Use an eligible Mastercard to complete the booking
4. Bookings made through the Booking.com app are not eligible for this promotion.
5. Cancelled and “no show” bookings are not eligible.
6. Your cashback will be awarded by Booking.com.
7. You can earn a maximum of: AUD300 back (Mastercard issued Australia, New Zealand) and €300 back (Mastercard issued in all other markets, except Australia and New Zealand)
8. Wallet Credit is not redeemable for cash, and can only be used towards all online purchases including hotels, flights and attractions.
9. You need to have a Booking.com account to receive your reward. The email on the account must be the same used for your booking. You can create your account after you’ve made your booking.
10. The reward will be credited at least 64 days after completion of stay in the accommodation. Cashback balance can be seen in the “Rewards & Wallet” page.
11. All conditions of the promotion must be met at the time the booking is made. No retroactive claims will be allowed.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
