OTP is a system developed to increase the security of online transactions. OTP is a one-time password used to verify various online transactions. It can only be used once in a particular transaction and cannot be reused. The OTP is valid for 3 minutes per code and if a new OTP is requested in the same transaction, the previous OTP will expire. KTC will send an SMS for the OTP code to the mobile phone number that you have provided to KTC only.

After you receive a 6-digit OTP via SMS, enter the OTP in the specified box. You can check that the OTP code is for the transaction being processed by checking that the Reference in the system screen matches the received SMS message.
