This website of KTC World is provided via electronic medium of KTC World Travel Service about travel and tourism for KTC credit cardmembers (KWT) by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC, an operator with permission of credit card business, personal loan, and general consumption, including other financial services. KTC has appointed and authorised World Explorer Company Limited or the agent, an operator of complete traveling service and entertainment activities according to Tourism Authority of Thailand permission document number 11/03724 and a member of International Air Transport Association (IATA) to manage and operate this website in order to provide information relating to goods and services and traveling, including offering privileges and being a medium of communication for KTC affiliated traveling stores. The website also facilitates KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) to reserve plane ticket, hotel room, tour and packaged tour, rental car, admission ticket/ticket to shows by themselves with the cooperation of the agent and KTC affiliated traveling stores. The agent will be responsible for issuing the plane ticket for the cardmembers on Monday – Sunday, at 8.00 A.M. – 8.00 P.M. business hours.

2. The cardmembers please read and agree to terms and conditions to use, regulations and conditions of the product, and details shown in the website. Your access to this website or any use of the screen means you have read and agreed to terms and conditions written herein. Should you not agree with the mentioned terms and conditions, please avoid or refrain from the use of this website.

3. Plane ticket reservation
3.1 The cardmembers have to make reservation and purchase order for plane ticket (“ticket”) at least 3 days in advance prior to departing day and the purchase order will complete once the cardmembers’ payment has been approved only. The agent will issue plane e-ticket via e-letter or email to confirm the reservation and the purchase order and itinerary to the cardmembers according to information given to KTC within 24 hours after receiving the information on the reservation and purchase order for plane ticket. In the case that the information is received after business hours, the agent will issue the plane e-ticket to the cardmembers on the next business day.
3.2 Due to the current system of plane e-ticket issuing during business hours (8.00 A.M. - 8.00 P.M.) for tickets of special promotion domestic routes of Thai Airways and international routes of some airlines, the airline specifies that the ticket must be issued at once, KTC reserves the right to cancel the ticket issuing and seat which has been reserved and already paid for by the cardmembers who made reservation and payment outside business hours and KTC staff will contact to inform you on a new reservation or refund detail (the refund into your credit card account will be done within 45 business days.
3.3 According to the rues of airline, to get one-way ticket of international airline the passengers are required to send a photocopy of the first page in passport showing their photograph to KTC World via Fax. Number 02 123 5567 for forwarding to the airline prior to the ticket issuing. KTC reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the passengers do not send the photocopy of passport according to specified time.
3.4 A child passenger in the reservation of plane ticket must be not over 11 years old up until the traveling day. If a check-in officer of the airline inspects and finds that the age of the traveller is not consistent with the type of ticket, you are required to pay for the cost difference according to specified by the airline.
3.5 In the case that the cardmembers have plane repeated ticket reservation via various agents or repeated in the system and the airline has found repeating passenger names, all the reservation will be automatically cancelled by the airline even the ticket has been issued.
3.6 Some type of plane tickets is promotional priced with condition to reserve hotel room as a package. A staff will contact you to inform on detail of room rate prior to issuing the ticket. In this regards, if you want to make reservation for plane ticket only, the airline reserves the right to change the plane ticket rate.
3.7 Once payment with KTC credit card is approved and plane e-ticket has been issued, the cardmembers will not be able to cancel the ticket and/or refund the mentioned payment.
3.8 In order to make reservation and purchase order for plane ticket, before proceeding to payment the cardmembers have to check details and all information in the email of confirmation for reservation for accuracy such as traveling day, name and family name of the passenger in accordance with the passport, etc. In the case that the cardmembers find incorrect information or want to cancel, please contact KTC World Travel Service at once. If the plane e-ticket has already been issued, the cardmembers are required to pay for the cancellation fee or service fee according to specified by the airline and World Explorer Company Limited. In this regards, KTC and/or the agent reserves the right to cancel the reservation and purchase order and not take responsibility for the error and in any case.

3.9 The cardmembers have read and agreed to all terms and conditions specified by the airline that operates the reservation and purchase order of plane ticket such as plane ticket fee, cancellation, change, and return ticket policy, including service fee of World Explorer Company Limited the agent which provide the mentioned cancellation, change, or return ticket.
3.10 In the case that due to promotional campaign, some airlines have to issue the plane ticket to the cardmembers at once because the tickets are limited and if the cardmembers cannot pay in time such as the credit card account deduction has note been approved or the agent is informed that the reservation and purchase order was made outside business hours, KTC reserves the right to cancel the reservation and plane e-ticket purchase order. In this regards, KTC staff will inform the cardmembers afterwards.
3.11 Due to the volatility of oil price and oil tax rate every week, if there is any tax or expense occurring or increasing after the plane e-ticket issuing day of after the day which the cardmembers confirmed the reservation and purchase order of the ticket and their credit card account has already been deducted, the cardmembers agree to pay for the mentioned tax and expense prior to the plane ticket issuing and the agent will return the price difference to the cardmembers in the case that the mentioned tax decreases from the day of the credit card account deduction.

4. Disney Land admission ticket reservation
4.1 The cardmembers have to make reservation and purchase order for amusement park at least 1 day in advance prior to departing day and the purchase order will complete once the cardmembers’ payment has been approved only. The agent will issue plane e-ticket via e-letter or email to confirm the reservation and the purchase order and itinerary to the cardmembers according to information given to KTC within 24 hours after receiving the information on the reservation and purchase order for plane ticket. In the case that the information is received after business hours, the agent will issue the plane e-ticket to the cardmembers on the next business day.
4.2 According to the rues of service using in Hong Kong, the cardmembers are required to send a photocopy of the first page in passport showing their photograph to KTC World via Fax. Number 02 123 5567 for forwarding to Hong Kong Disneyland. KWT reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the cardmembers do not send the photocopy of passport according to specified time.
4.3 A child in the reservation of amusement park admission ticket must be not over 11 years old up until the traveling day. If an officer inspects and finds that the age of the user is not consistent with the type of ticket, you are required to pay for the cost difference according to specified by Hong Kong Disneyland.
4.4 Some type of amusement park admission ticket is promotional priced with condition to reserve hotel room as a package. A staff will contact you to inform on detail of room rate prior to issuing the ticket. In this regards, if you want to make reservation for amusement park admission ticket only, Hong Kong Disneyland reserves the right to change the amusement park admission ticket rate.
4.5 Once payment with KTC credit card is approved and amusement park admission e-ticket has been issued, the cardmembers will not be able to cancel the ticket and/or refund the mentioned payment.

In this regards, KTC and/or the agent reserves the right to cancel the reservation and purchase order and not take responsibility for the error and in any case.

In this regards, KTC staff will inform the cardmembers afterwards.

5. Online Car Rental Reservations via Rentalcars.com
5.1 When cardmembers search for a car rental via the KTC WORLD website, the system will direct them to the Rentalcars.com website, a KTC WORLD partner, to make a car rental reservation.
5.2 Cardmembers making the reservation must provide driving license information specified in their name.
5.3 For completed car rental reservations, Rentalcars.com will confirm the booking via email within 72 hours after booking online.
5.4 Cardmembers are required to print the booking confirmation to present to staff when picking up the rental car at the counter of each respective car rental company.
5.5 For car rental reservations via the KTC WORLD website, cardmembers will get an instant 6% discount. The discount will be displayed on the Checkout page after cardmembers fill in the correct KTC VISA or KTC MASTERCARD credit card number (as indicated in the upper left corner of the screen). If the discount is not there, please check the card number or start the reservation again. The promotion period is valid until 16 June 2024 (direct bookings made through the main website www.rentalcars.com and applications are not eligible for discounts).
5.6 Discount applies to car rental fees only and excludes additional insurance coverage or other rental equipment. Discount is not available for reservations made with the pay at pickup payment option.
5.7 Discount cannot be transferred/ changed/ exchanged/ converted into cash or used in conjunction with other sale promotions, special discounts, and specially priced promotion rates on the Rentalcars.com website.
5.8 All terms and conditions are as specified by the car rental company. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
5.9 For more information, kindly review the terms and conditions of each respective car rental company during online reservations.

6. KTC reserves the right to cancel the reservation and purchase order of the plane ticket, amusement park admission ticket, and any other products of the cardmembers if there is any inaccuracy of class of plane seat, route, airline, ticket price reserved, data of user, price of products, and anything including the transaction is done by fraud. In this regards, KTC will notify the cardmembers after finding the mentioned incident and proceed to the return of money to the cardmembers’ credit card account afterwards.

7. The online reservation service of plane ticket, amusement park admission ticket, and any other products is provided for KTC credit cardmembers only. Cardmembers of other banks may directly contact World Explorer Company Limited the service provider at telephone number 02 631 3448.

8. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions in this website without prior notice. The information and important content appearing on screens including regulations and conditions and details in the website may be changed up to the information KTC has got from its affiliated traveling stores that own the goods/services and/or as KTC sees as appropriate.
