- This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“a point/points”) who make transactions with a KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at merchants offering services under KTC World service center between 1 Jan 25 - 31 Dec 25 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude following cards to join this promotion: all KTC CASH BACK credit cards, THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, all KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
- KTC reserves the right to grant the points redemption for discount privilege in this promotion only to cardmembers who spend 1,000 Baht or more / transaction with a KTC credit card. Cardmembers may redeem every 1,000 KTC FOREVER points for 130 Baht discounts specified by the merchant Purchases of participating products/services are permitted according to specified conditions. KTC reserves the right to limit the points redemption privilege to not exceed the transaction amount for each merchant under the specific product
- In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of the number of KTC points for discount redemptions under this promotion.
- The redemption for discount privilege in this promotion is for payments of products/services per one transaction only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. In the case of any difference in balance after the discount has been deducted, cardmembers are responsible for covering the aforementioned difference only with the same credit card that was used for points redemption for discount.
- Discount which KTC cardmembers earn from this promotion may be used as additional discount on top of the price of products/services after all discounts of participating merchants have been deducted.
- KTC reserves the right to offer redemption for discount privilege in this promotion only to cardmembers with sufficient accumulated KTC FOREVER points to redeem for discount according to specified conditions only.
- KTC reserves the right to limit the redemption for discount privilege in this promotion to one redemption per transaction per day only.
- KTC reserves the right to not grant KTC FOREVER points for all 0% installment transactions made with a KTC credit card.
- The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
- Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store / seller / service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods / services.
- KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and is not involved regarding any products / services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/ services, or sales slip / tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/ or the owner of product or service directly.
- KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and / or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
